To the best of my recollection, this watch is very similar to what my dad wore 50-60 years ago. I'll probably get one soon, but will need to pair it with one of those expanding metal link bands. Nice watch, they still have style.
No one’s going to notice it, whether it’s a 1965 Marlin, unless it’s a Rolex, then no one cares, as I wear nice dress 60’s watches by TIMEX, so why should someone notice that expensive repro?.
@@zee3499 Unless it was a 1940’s Timex or possibly before the end of the 1950’s, just got a mint condition rare TIMEX Marlin from 1959, this was gold plated, and shows it’s age, so have to be careful polishing it.

You're not going to find a vintage Timex with a stainless steel case, and a jeweled movement.
