Exploring and Eating in Lincoln Square, NYC. A Nice Manhattan Neighborhood

- I spend a day exploring the New York City neighborhood of Lincoln Square in Manhattan, which is right next to the Upper West Side. I get lunch at one of the best places for fried chicken in NYC, Charles' Pan Fried Chicken and have a picnic in Central Park. Next, I check out Strawberry Fields, which is dedicated to the memory of former Beatles member John Lennon. Then I get a cookie at the original Levain Bakery. After that, I visit the American Folk Art Museum before I explore Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

The greenery around you today was poppin'! Beautiful, like springtime. Here in Sonoma County, all is dusty and toast-colored grass. the only green being the grapevines. Your filming was superb and verdant, and my stomach grumbled as you sampled each food. Thank you for transporting me to NY. What book are you reading now? Thanks again for this wonderful channel.

Everything looked wonderful and it wasn't too long before a heat wave came to NYC so I'm thankful to look back on a day like the one in the video. Right now I'm reading a book called The Great Bazaar by Paul Theroux. It's an interesting travel book about a person's journey by train from London through Asia. So far, it's pretty interesting.

that is my ultimate fave meal as well....fried chicken is such a crazy food. that cookie even got me excited! I'm not a sweet fiend like yourself....folk art is definitely outsider art...
It was indeed a great day eating wise! Yeah, folk art isn't my favorite, but it was still good to see. Plus, the museum is free!

I’m so jealous, you can eat and eat while staying fit.
I used to be really self-conscious about being so skinny, but then I realized it allowed me to eat a ton and I'm very thankful now for it.
