Hi, my best advice would be to find a good doctor who diagnoses and treats this condition! My pain 3 years ago was WAY worse than the amount of pain I am in now. I danced for 6 hrs today at a convention pain free. As long as you find a treatment plan that works for you the condition is manageable.
