No guys the humour is Charlie was thinking she said giving back the love she desired from Charlie when they were together, so Charlie got a little freaked out that she was again thought Charlie was welcoming to do just that exactly 😂. But then again she actually did think that and took them all to church only to Charlie ran out again 😂

I don't think I ever saw this episode, but based on the clip, I'd guess Charlie wanted to make things right with Pasternak and roped Alan into coming along. When they got to the strip club, Pasternak probably refused to talk to Charlie because she was working, so Charlie probably talked Alan into getting that lap dance so Charlie could talk to her without getting her in trouble with her boss.
She made charlie pay for her time and alan got a lap dance out of it
