I seriously needed this video. It came at the right time. I go from phase to phase of literally hating the way I look and never being satisfied.
Fixing my style, going to the gym and having more confidence certainly helps me a lot and makes me more comfortable with myself, but that creeping feeling of doubt and hatred for my looks is ever present because I'm not truly dealing with those issues at their roots.
I'm gonna promise myself that I'll do better.
If you can't sit alone and look inside your soul,nothing you do will help you although it feels in that moment it helps .like gym and what not. This is fake persona make up at best

I agree. It’s all about mindset. If you’re feeling confident, all your body movements that are controlled on a subconscious level will make you appear more confident and charismatic. It’s like a fake smile vs a genuine smile.

If you ask me, pictures are all about angles. Sometimes you may like something better on one side of your face than the other, or vice versa. Those pictures are all about the eyes of the holder. We all have different perceptions of the people we see. We prefer seeing ourselves inverted because that's what we're used to, but when that changes to something different, it looks worse. Might even look 10x worse because we are naturally harder on ourselves because it's ourselves. Just remember, we are all beautiful in our own ways. Our mind can be a tricky, trick, tricky place, and it'll hurt just as much as it can help you.

I have had to overcome so many obstacles, my family, moving as a kid and as a teen from one country to another, questioning my sanity even by school grades, parents expectations, my mom being sick, and a lot of questioning...
The mirror- seeing myself end up in Los Angeles and not having a rich family and to deal with culture change and religion , I had to look in the mirror and trying to make sense of why people in my classes, my college, the streets, clubs, and the beach, just didn’t give a s#@t for me. Again went to the mirror...It’s the only place to go really when you are new to a crazy place. No other place on this earth like Hollywood or Malibu, etc
Just remember you’re a very beautiful person and shouldn’t matter what others think.

Guys the person you see in the mirror is you, it's just mirrored the other way around and that's all, so don't freak out, I proved it with my friends in front of a mirror, I said do I look the same in this mirror when you look at me and they said yeah, so we're all good looking people alright don't feel insecure. keep in mind the angle and the lighting is a big deal, I took one of my face real close and it looked like my face was melting off from my right side lmao, but then I took it again with lighting and I got the perfect angle and it was just me, only difference was that my face was mirrored the other way.

Hey I came across this video by accident. I'm gonna give you a recommendation here, as a woman. Stop assuming people like or don't like you, just ask and accept the answer you are given. A woman playing with her hair doesn't mean she likes you it means she's playing with her hair. I've had one guy tell me several times I was into him because he thought my lack of constant eye contact meant I was into him, even though I told him several times that I absolutely wasn't into him. Your perception of someone else's body language is never going to be 100% accurate. Keep your heart open but if someone says they aren't into you accept it, that simple.

I'm very self-aware. I do understand by the way girls look at me that I am not that unattractive. My friends and I joke about how ugly we are in some roast sessions, but we have all dated some pretty good looking girls in the past. They always tell me I can pull way better girls, but I am very confused by this. I think I'm attractive, but they confuse me by saying at times that I am not. Sometimes I know when they're joking but then sometimes they seem sincere about me pulling better. Anybody else got this problem?

I’m pretty insecure about my hairline because it’s pretty far back which makes my forehead stick out. One day I was in science and we were looking at the different types of hairlines. We were all told to look at our friends and check to see if anyone has the widows hairline. Suddenly one of my friends just said you actually kind of have a receding hairline. That hurt me so much and it’s still difficult to think about now but I guess I’m just hanging in to one stupid comment.
