Ek question hai karnawalis ka raiyatwadi wala aur ek question hai 1935 act wala in dono question mein theory sahi hai lekin execute karne mein default kar rhe hai...
To samsya ye hai ki apne ek mein theory ko sahi mana aur ek mein practical ko sahi tharaya. Kaise?

आप बिल्कुल डाउट ना करे, ध्यान रखे ऊपर कार्नवालिस का नाम दिया हुआ है और रैयतवारी व्यस्था सैद्धांतिक तौर पर रैयतों को जो सुरक्षा मिली थी, वह 1883 के अकाल संहिता के आधार पर थी, जो बहुत आगे घटित हुई, परंतु जहां तक जमींदारी व्यवस्था में सूर्यास्त कानून का सवाल है, तो वह केवल सिद्धांत में ही नहीं था, बल्कि व्यव्यहार में भी लागू हो रहा था।

क्या कारण है की भारत में कुछ जातियों में राजनैतिक एकता अधिक(ex:muslim,jaat,yadav,brahman,sc)है तो कुछ में सामजिक- धार्मिक एकता(tribe,अन्य पिछड़े obc)और कुछ में आर्थिक एकता अधिक(marvadi, jain,gupta)है। शॉर्ट बनाके समझा दें।
