    ❤ I don't bother with a tracker if I am using the money on a regular basis I would track when work is finished.I always keep track on paper if what I have spent.Hope this makes sense.

      That makes sense! As long as you have a system that works for you, like keeping track on paper, it's all good. The important thing is to stay organized and aware of your spending ❤️

    Do you use a lot of salt? That will cause swelling.

      I don't use much salt in my food because my mother has been with high blood pressure since she was in her 30s, and since then we've gotten used to eating with little salt. Even at my workplace, they don't use much salt, but they do use a lot of spicy seasoning. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it
