I like that u took up heroic strike queue/unqueueing for offhand hit, but Ahl doesnt use HS Q /un Q's, atleast he said so on stream. WB'd up u have like 50% crit there's usually never any rage dip, no need to unqueue. But running without WB's i can see how HS Q / un Q will increase ur dps as u have to for good uptime on CBR.

So you want to prioritize doing heroic strike mostly with your off hand bc it eliminates the biggest possibility to miss ?

it doesn't eliminate all the possibility to miss, but it eliminates 19% chance to miss off it

When I look at his gear, of couse he is using blood surge. You pumping HS like crazy, no need for bloodthirst.
