Yeah, that's kind of special food in northern China. Kaifeng is famous for lamb/beef food. Winter melon + ribs (pork) is a more typical combination in the whole China.

My grandma was born in Kaifeng. She then moved to the Yangtze delta area but still cook the traditional Kaifeng food at home. Love that food as they are deep in my mind.

I love China been to Chengdu,shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou,Hongkong every place have there own specialties when it comes to food and culture. People in china are very helpful and friendly they try to help you even though they cant speak your same language. Its a beautiful country to visit and i recommend it to every one as i want you to experience their hospitality.

Alyss in wonderland, Is OK to be vegetarian but the rules is they for you to ban, now and then you can eat meat. Is what we called "fine balance diet", I myself love eating meat but now and then I ban the rules and eat vegetables lol 😁😁😁
I don’t eat meat because I don’t want to. It may be tasty but I’m not comfortable with eating it and it makes me feel bad so I choose not to. Other people do and that’s ok. There are plenty of foods just as tasty that don’t contain meat, and I’m sure I can find some vegetable dumplings that are just as nice somewhere ☺️
They also come in vegetarian stuffings. 韭菜鸡蛋 is the most famous one. If you don't eat diary, then 面丁小白菜 is also a good choice. These are common stuffings that you can find in almost all variations of dumplings.
I thoroughly enjoyed this, all of these foods lookabsolutely delicious and the people are so friendly.. but then I guess it helps that you speak the language. Thank you.
Asad indian food is good, I tried it but it doesn’t come close 2 Taiwanese & Chinese food. U should try Taiwanese & Chinese food before u talk. I’m an adventurous eater so I tried many country’s cuisine.

DUDE, the last Rou Jia Mo is definitely more than 1RMB! It's usually 5-10RMB but I think they charged you only 1 RMB as a gesture because they are such friendly people.
