There should be a rule that if you pay credit card fee only you devaluation after renewal if you wish to downgrade benifit should given option to return the fee and cancel the subscription

Upgraded this almost 2 months back. Still reward points are not credited even after 2 bll cycles. Escalated to ICICI and they are clueless and says there is no such offer.

It's a fake claim of unlimited golf. In reality you can hold only 1 open request in confirmed / processing this means u will get 4 in a month which is also not guaranteed. So it's a wrong advertisement of unlimited golf access

I have an upgrade offer to Emerald Credit Card, how should i approach the Bank to issue me a Emarald Metal Credit Card. I two CC with ICICI with limit 6.8l & CC Account age is more than 5 years. No other accounts with them.
which variant of ICICI credit cards do you hold? I also have very high limit but I didn't get emralde cc upgrade I got only sapphiro
@@praveenthrills generally ICICI cards variants are, starting from low to high, Coral -> Rubyx -> Sapphiro --> Emerald. So, you need to have Sapphiro CC to get an upgrade to Emerald along with Wealth management account which you generally get either when you have very high salary package and salary account with them or have very old relationship. I have 17+ years with ICICI and hence getting same offer and so could answer your question hopefully.
Does your CC upgrade offer is with joining fee and annual fee ?? I am getting it but with joining and annual fee applicable
@@virajk3698 No, even my Sapphiro is LTF but metal Emerald they are offering with 12.5k joining and annual fees and for plastic, the fees is 12k annual or 1k monthly

Will bogo offer is additional for add on or add ons will share the primary card bogo limit of 2 per month. In axis magnus, before 20th april 24 add ons were having an extra 5 bogos per month which was in addition to 5 bogos of primary card per month.

@@sushruthk897 i tried for metal, but even after approval did not get. So, they gave me plastic and said after three months they will convert it to metal. When i made query for bogo on plastic emerald, even the customer care is confused, one said 4 bogo is cumilative for all primary and addons, other said no, primary and add on both have their exclusive quota of 4 bogos each. I think only who is using, can confirm. For plastic i am not going for add ons, but once it gets convert in metal i will go for add ons. It will take at least 3-4 months
@@sushruthk897 Even customer care is not sure. One said its separate quota for primary and add-on, but other said its cumulative for all. Once i will use add on then only i can confirm.
Although i applied for metal and even getting approved it was not issued as i was having no relation with ICICI. They gave plastic emerald and promised to convert it in metal within 2-3 moths. I am not interested for addons in plastic. Once i get metal, and after using its add on, will confirm then.
