You all have so much to deal with, I hope airline unions realize that major changes need to happen to incentivize and keep flight crew. Cause the old same pay and benefits aren’t gonna cut it long term with a new generation of workers. Congrats on 2 years! Max looks like my Lulú! I currently have an interview with a regional airline. I am a nervous wreck. 1. Bc of the major pay cut. I'm not sure I can afford the paycut but I want to be a FA! I know it will be good for me. 2. Bc I'm just nervous about interviews period.
Hey and thank you! I don’t think I’ve ever done a video like that. Maaaaayyybe in the future. Working regional is a pay cut. There’s a lot involved with minimums and maximums, per diem, etc. Good luck!
You get paid a monthly guarantee. If you work over your guarantee, you get paid the higher amount. You get paid per diem when you get an assignment of a trip or airport standby.
Is it me or all vlog I watched when crew member went out for a lil’ walk in the streets they are all empty, no one in the streets. Not even a dog or whatsoever. Is there any life ??
I wanted to ask you: when you have a gate or aircraft change, does scheduling call you about the change, or is it communicated at the local airport level.
Scheduling doesn’t call, it’s up to you to check your schedule and/or the Ops Agent may communicate it. It’s usually announced and/or an update is posted on the screens.
