I play Taliyah carry whenever I get prismatic Built Different or Double Trouble (especially with both), nice that you mentioned overrolling, I've also found that holding 2* 2costs on Pandora's Bench can be extremely useful for finding many many copies of Sett and Taliyah, and later still provides value to get 4cost tanks starred up and finding Sions
@@itspodin When you 3 star a champ you stop seeing them in the shop. Overrolling gets around this because, since the unit isnt technically 3-starred yet, you can still see them in the shop for the one combat round
This is a helpful guide indeed. I've actually been trying out Taliyah-centric comps recently and got some success with it. The first time I play it was when I actually bother to read Taliyah's ability while playing a Shurima comp and discovered she got a passive. I thought it's very strong and underrated since it's basically free, no-cooldown damage and decided to all-in on Taliyah and got first that game. Been having quite a lot of fun with trying to make Taliyah comps. I usually tried 2 ways, depending on the lobby, either get her along with Yordle reroll to combo with Teemo or go with a mix-match bunch of cc champs like Sett, Yasuo, Sion. It's quite difficult in the early-mid game and I died prematurely a lot too but the games that I managed to hold on are quite solid.

What do you think about not leveling up Taliyah to 3 star? I tried this comp with Taliyah 2 (twice) and two Taliyah 1, Sett, Teemo, Swain, Sion. I feel like, especially if you don't have double trouble, Taliyah 3-star might be a bait.
Well, you have Taliyah as your carry. So... not leveling it to a 3-star might affect your damage output in the late game. That's why you should at least take augments that can give you duplicators. And then, do what Leduck says that you should wait until the a battle had started and 3-star it, then start rerolling for more taliyahs.
The comp is great! But the one annoying thing I encountered is that, whenever I fight a Demacian Garen comp, it literally always ROLLED a QSS for the specific fight. I am not sure if this is something of a luck problem, but man, I lost literally just because of that.
I really like playing her with Void opener. Especially with Void spat that I can give to Renekton who I try to 3 star. At lvl 7 this comp takes speed as Herald will knockup more people than just at spawn, but also when it charges
i won a game destroyed gunner comp oh my godness double trouble with 2Yasuo(with RFC ) Taliyah 3 and Irelia3 +Teemo+Sett it was super fun to play !!!!!damn
i just got into tft this set but one time i got taliyah with the sniper ornn item and invoker multicaster comp and i was absolutely one popping the backline lol so much fun indeed

How does overrolling work though? Aren't there the same amount of Taliyah's out of the shop whether you upgrade her or not?

Pandora's bench gave me a unit that i already have 3 star. But i don't know if it works only for 1 next turn when i hit 3 star.

I overrolled to 12 Taliyas and the extra set just got deleted randomly. Maybe something to do with the bandel glass Ornn item.
This is my favorite 5th place comp.
I got 2 firsts and 2 4ths with DT taliyah in high diamond lobby. The comp feels almost unstoppable once it’s online thx a lot!
So you dont play her with Poppy 4 anymore?
ig poppy requires a lot of setup and isnt that great until she is 4 star
it'll probably works fine, if you can get one. Since, that'll require you to add other yordles that won't do much for your comp.
