Looks like a big improvement from Casios normal small font, huge spaces between segments, and waste of screen real estate. Unfortunately the horrible back light makes it a no go.

I snapped it up. Busy times mean I'm just getting around to using it... It's now in Argos for £29.99. Irritating, but at least I didn't pay £44.99.

Yes...to mute u go to the time keeping mode and hold button a...then the watch will allow you to reset/change the steps counter, time, date...

As you are paging thru, you will find the mute/key option after the date display
