Normally, I don't really comment on videos but for this one I will.
In my opinion, what you said at last about having goals and working towards them, have a focus point, you're right, it attracts people. Women and men.
But what you said about not giving attention, playing hard to get and rejecting the girl because of her way of asking a date...
I kind of understand why you said no but bear in mind that you were playing hard to get too and of course women do it too, it is part of the seduction.
At one point, you said you were focused on the job but you were also playing with her and knew she was interested.
It's okay to say no but I don't think it's okay to assume that she was psychotic. The tension between the two of you lasted two weeks and she clearly had a sense of emergency when she realized you won't be in the picture very soon after. Like you said, her way of asking must have been desperate but you clearly thought she was a psychotic girl and if you are in a relationship with her, you'll be in trouble. It is very self sabotaging to assume people psychological traits when you don't even know them. Also very sad to think that of someone who wanted to get to know you or even a fling.
Still your will of NoFap and semen retention leading you to some sort of enlightment is respectable so have a thumbs up and good luck.
