    Lyrics
    Burn, burn [Repeat x2]
    Burn, burn, burn
    Open up
    Now open up
    You lied, you faked
You cheated, you changed the stakes
Magnet toss that pie in the sky
    Unrehearsed, let the bubbles burst
All in all, a dreaming circus
A fuel in the tea with parody
    Tragedy or comedy
    Probably publicity
Open up, make room for me
Now open up, make room for me
    Lose myself inside your schemes
    Go for the money, honey
    Not the screen
Be a movie star, blah blah blah
    Go the whole hog
    Be bigger than God
Burn Hollywood burn, taking down Tinseltown
Burn Hollywood burn, burn down to the ground
Burn Hollywood burn, burn Hollywood burn
Take down Tinseltown, burn down to the ground
    Down, into the ground
    Burn, burn, burn
    Burn

Sensational track!! The "Full Vocal Mix" remix of this track on the single is insane. 9 minutes of Leftfield / Lydon mayhem.
I used to work in a club. After closing time (around 5am), we would crank-up the sound system and rock to this while doing the clean-up. Always got us through that hour when we couldn't be shagged and just wanted to get home.

Jeremy Welton you have to start following some less mainstream music media or blogs, there's zillions of it. tbh I haven't listened to that much fresh music either in past 2-3 years but when I turn on some good more alternative radio on or listen to some "best of year lists" it always leads to good discoverires. Run the Jewels are one of the projects that's been pretty good. for more experimental stuff, the new Tagaq album is pretty fascinating. but there are tons of stuff I haven't heard myself.

    • @TheJezza86
      @TheJezza86 7 лет назад +4

Don't get me wrong Karel, I listen to tons of unique stuff and I'm always looking elsewhere, I DJ for an alternative club,so it's part of what I do. But I'm always looking for anything with a nostalgic feel, especially if it relates in any way to something like this, hence why I asked.
