Thank you for the good explanation on the Samarpan Meditation. I’ve attended the Peace in One’s World in Singapore today and this video is exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you for your comment - this makes me happy 🙂. I was also attending Swamiji's discourse and meditations during this event (online). I am happy that this video was useful for you! Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
5:07 instruction begins 1 . Put right palm on top of head. 2. Make three clockwise circles then slowly bring hand down. 3 . Repeat soul mantra three times: I am a holy soul. I am a pure soul. 4. Focus attention on top of head. 38:09 meditation begins
Beloved Curmudgeon, thank you for this nice information 🙂. For everybody who wants to know more about Samarpan Meditation, I compiled some info and links on this page of my website: dhyanmikael.com/samarpan-meditation Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
This meditation was so beautiful. Thank you for sharing this with us. This is Anita D from South Africa. I love the sound of the water and birds. Can you please do a whole 30min meditation with the same background or is it not advisable to have these noises when doing the meditation. I also find your tone and manner very calming. Much much appreciated.❤
Beloved Anita, thank you so much for your wonderful comment and your touching appreciation. I am so happy that you are here! I personally prefer to meditate without any sounds. I have participated in meditations which were done with lovely sounds, but then I notice how my attention focuses on the sounds, and this is not what I want to do 🙂. I guess it is a matter of preference, but your question made me courious, and I inquired about this with Swamiji's people. I will let you know as soon as I have an answer. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Beloved Abhishek, thank you very much for your comment. I am happy that you find the video helpful! Swamiji's autobiography consists 6 of volumes, available in Hindi and English. All 6 volumes are available as English ebooks, and vol. 1-2 is available as Hindi ebooks. The printed versions are mostly sold out at the moment and being reprinted. Currently available are vol. 1-2 in Hindi at Amazon India and at Tattvatrends India, and vol. 1 in English at Tattvatrends India. I have researched availability of Swamiji's books and collected all the links for it on my website here: dhyanmikael.de/en/samarpan-meditation#swamijiautobiography And for India, you can also check out more Swamiji books at www.tattvatrends.com/shop Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Beloved Alex, just keep meditating. What you describe is completely normal and even good: when you meditate, you become more aware of the thoughts which are there. All you need to do is returning to the crown chakra again and again, with patience, and without ever judging the thoughts or your meditation. You cannot know the blessings that are happening. You will only know them after some time, in your life, but rarely in the meditation itself. In the meditation itself. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael

I’ve been having trouble with wading through a sea of thoughts, trying to observe, let go, and then return back to the crown chakra. Any suggestions?
