Nice list. Lots of great ideas for a Halloween one shot. I’m a big fan of Woodfall. Great little setting. I currently have it sitting in the swamp north of town for n my current Shadowdark campaign. The party has yet to visit there. I have that DCC bundle too. 😊
Happy Halloween! This year the group is hitting the high haunted seas for a spooky throw down. As always, thanks for the the information and keep up the good work!
Not a 1 shot, but could be made into one: Tegel Manor 1977 i think the first massive mega dungeon was also a massive haunted house. Frog god games made a 5e version and a Swords and Wizardry version, it still has available, and Goodman games sells a reissue of the original. Then there is a great goodman games DCC module called Blackout in Crater Valley that are in this vein. That one you play a 0 lvl funnel of high school kids from the 80s on Halloween.
Great picks! Lots that I'm not familiar with. I really want to run the Weird that Befell Drigbolton at some point. It's super funny as well as creepy so I do think it fits Dolmenwood. I get that it doesn't fit everyone's version of DW nor would I run it to every D&D group 😅 Drigbolton is indeed on the final version of Dolmenwood though not in the forest proper. Gavin said in some interview that he'd like to rewrite the adventure so that would be interesting to see.
@@RedMageGM 😁 I managed to get in another session of GotFN. We're very very early into the campaign but it's more fun each time. Still, I'm really missing Dolmenwood. Not running anything actively. Well except next week I'm delving into Castle Xyntillan which I've set in DW.
I highly recommend Creep, Skrag, Creep! I played it as a Halloween one shot and it was super fun and tense!
It seems like it would be great!
I ran it using ICRPG a couple of years ago. It was a blast.
The Waking of Willowby Hall. Muppet Haunted Mansion: the 9ne-shot. gleefully silly and spookily themed
I was kicking myself for leaving off Waking.
@@RedMageGM It is just thT good! but fret not - you did a damn fine job illuminating me to a lot of fun modules
Our GM usually just pulls the party into Ravenloft every Halloween. And then Ravenloft spits us back out into the main campaign after. :D
That's interesting! I kinda like that. :D
Thank you so much for recommending The Lair of the Alchemist, I really appreciate it! 🙂
Absolutely!!
What a great idea for Halloween, haunted adventures overview. The only suggestion I have is call on 2 other DND youtubers to come up with their list.
That's a great idea!
Love the map. Looks like a cool adventure.
Awesome video! I think I might’ve been the one to comment the idea on the last vid hahaha I’m definitely running Shadow’een now
Thanks for the idea mate!!
Great recommendations! I'm a bit partial to Count, Castle, & Curse though. Not sure why...
It's a mystery! ;)

I really want to add it in to something. It seems like a great place for players to make trouble. :D

Happy Halloween! Sounds super fun!
Great timing! Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely!
Great video as always
Thanks!
NOICE. Looking to run CCC this halloween.
Most excellent!

Oh yeah, I have that Tegel Manor remake for 5e - good call. I haven't heard of Blackout in Crater Valley! That sounds amazing!

That would be interesting to see it reimagined - I'd of course buy it instantly. :)
@@RedMageGM 😁 that goes without saying!
:D Yessir

Xyntillan!!! Let me know how it goes. Every session I've ever run of Xyntillan has been a blast.
Maybe even a 4 SHOT!
haha yessir!
