Good job sir, I could see your technique improving over the course of the video. Those cup style torch strikers take a bit of practice, but in no time you'll have the right grip to allow you to push down at the same time you are pushing sideways. I've gone on to the trigger style that look like a tiny gun and you pull the trigger and it shoots a spark out in front of the torch. They are quick, easy to use with gloves and if you are lighting a large torch they give you a bit more room between your hand and the flame. One more thing, I appreciate seeing a fire extinguisher handy as you're doing this. Fire safety is sadly neglected all too often.
When I originally cut the video it was like 2.5 hours long and I talk about having an ABC fire extinguisher on hand. Glad you noticed it sitting around!
