I want you to know you're tracks have inspired me to create a "mystery dungeon" revolving around a lich's sunken crypt, and the floors, on top of having random layouts, have random themes, as well. One of those themes is "library" where the rooms are just full of shelves, chests, and desks containing scrolls and tomes, ranging from spells to history of the period preceding and leading up to the time when the Lich chose to bury his kingdom and keep. Valuable lost information surrounding the events that led to the loss of an entire civilization, as well as the temptation of power for any spellcaster. I think on rare occasion, there may be a Book of Vile Darkness on a pedestal, defended by magic, of course.
The red moon is so intriguing. It makes me wonder what might happen if everything goes wrong. It is better to nurture hope, we are living a good journey.
On the second day that he spent in the secret library, Estariol was moved by the many stories of great heroes whose lives and works were documented on these long-yellowed pages. And deep in his heart, doubts overcame him. What does it mean to be a hero? What sense does it make to fight evil when it keeps re-emerging? The heroes in these books had long been forgotten by the world, who once sacrificed their lives to preserve it... Would he be forgotten in the same way once he defeated the witch and his life later ended? These questions burned themselves into his memory and gave him no peace...
Seems like some excellent piano-adjacent composition (it almost feels like improv sometimes) with very small bits of added instrumentation, all with some very pleasing reverb and ambient static effects added in for that otherworldly feel. So a best first step might be to just learn piano and piano composition, then go from there.
