Chief Scout Bear Grylls thanks Scout volunteer Sharmine on BBC's The One Show 21 Sept 2023

BBC One's The One Show gives Scout volunteer Sharmine 'One Big Thank You', with the help of Chief Scout Bear Grylls.
Bear goes undercover in disguise as sound engineer 'Pete' to surprise Sharmine and to thank her for her amazing work with young people.
Sharmine volunteered as Group Scout Leader at 20th Willesden Scout Group in North London when the group was struggling and turned it around, attracting more young people, giving them Skills For Like, and helping the community.
Sharmine receives messages from family, friends, members of her Scout Group and Scouting Ambassador Julia Bradbury.
