    Yeah, I placed an order June 12th 2017, it's what July 18 and you still haven't either sent me a phone or updated the order status after 10 phone calls and multiple long IMs!

    THIS IS AN ALERT FOR current of future T-MOBILE USERS! BE CAREFUL joining T-Mobile
    THE BIG NEWS TO ME from the T-Mobile store clerk. P-A-Y A-T-T-E-N-T-I-O-N
    The store clerk told that I must buy a T-Mobile phone because T-Mobil is in the process of upgrading their network and then, after they complete the upgrade, they will ditch support of ALL PHONES THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN BOUGHT FROM T-MOBILE.

    John can't be bothered to pick up HIS phone and have a phone overnighted to me for their blunders. 35 days without a phone is acceptable to TerribleMobile when you PREPAID them to replace your phone by using their "Protection Plan". Monies were supposedly already set aside to provide me with a phone in these circumstances.
