John can't be bothered to pick up HIS phone and have a phone overnighted to me for their blunders. 35 days without a phone is acceptable to TerribleMobile when you PREPAID them to replace your phone by using their "Protection Plan". Monies were supposedly already set aside to provide me with a phone in these circumstances.
Sounds great so we really need to get good coverage in remote areas, so we can come on board
