To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Unitology. The marker is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the symbols will go over a typical viewer’s head. There’s also Altman’s nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The followers understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these passages, to realise that they’re not just scripture - they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Unitology truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the insight in our existential catchphrase “Praise Altman,” which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev’s Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Altman’s genius wit unfolds itself on their space stations. My favorite small detail about this game is the sheer anger in Isaac's reactions when stomping necromorphs, the yelling and swearing .etc. Its INCREDIBLY in character for his new intense attitude towards fighting the necros. Issac is now someone with experience fighting them and hes sick and tired of being on the run. That and i think its very relatable.
Idk I think that moment is really well acted. He's already in this situation and he's trained to do walk under pressure even though he's a rookie. I like his voice lines throughout gameplay as well
Alien 3 gets way too much shit. It's a solid movie on its own, if it didn't have the Alien tag on it, people would have appreciated it more, but it didn't live up to its predecessors so it's unfairly panned. Not to mention the movie's production was one of the most tumultuous shitfests in film history, with the end product being sabotaged by interference from above. Sorta like Dead Space 3. Unironically really makes me think.
I agree with him that Dead Space 2 is scarier. Going from the first habitation ward during the start of the outbreak, seeing crowds of people running and screaming and all the chaos, made entering the second habitation wing a ways later on that is *dead silent* all the creepier... Back when 2 came out, everyone said 1 was scarier 2 is shit. Fortunately with time and retrospection Dead Space 2 has gotten the respect it deserved... it just had a godawful marketing campaign that really hurt it.
I haven't played the 1 and only played the 2nd partially when I had 14-15. Even tho some of the gales environement felt a bit classic (the hab blocks of the church, the fucking nursery) nothing was done without passion. For example, there is an entire level in a nursery, where things obviously went wrong. The ennemies in it aren't really what was creepy, I've seen dead child in horrors games more than once. What freaked me out is a scene I only remember partially. It was a scene passing behind a glass, dead space 1 style, but it was not flashy or anything like that, it was just a baby or something coming out of a baby slowly crowling outside of your line of sight. Then complete silence. I don't know why it freaked me at the time, maybe I was expecting to fight it after a jumpscare that never came, or maybe the design just fascinated me, but after 5 fucking years I still remember this Oh yeah and those running ennemies truly were the final nail to fix the atmosphere right where it belang. They were visious, and only noisy when they wanted to scare you off, after that you had to make total silence to listen to the footstep, if you didn't want to end up as necromorph's food. It really felt like you were trying to survive in a deadly environnement, using every sense to overcome the predator
planescaped 1. Dead Space 1 is scarier than Dead Space 2. 2. What are you on about? Nobody said Dead Space 2 was shit. It was critical Acclaimed and loved by fans. Are you sure you ain’t talking about Dead Space 3?
@@planescaped absolutely agreed. finished a replay of dead space 2 and it's so much better than i remember. this was after finishing 1 as well. i love both but dead space 2 is the better game imo, and my favorite of the series. and yes, 2 to me is scarier than 1.
In my experience, the shadows of this game are so optimized that I somehow actually get better framerates when everything is covered in shadow, now that could just be normal for good lighting engines, but when you grew up with a PC that barely ran Skyrim, a game that had severely problematic optimization, you start noticing things like that.
I would say 2 things are happening. Zones you describe in "shadow" are simply the absence of light, so nothing extra is rendered. Zones in light actual need to model shadows based on lighting impacting objects. That and usually some other particle effects. So it's not that "shadows are incredibly optimized" necessarily.
@@raresmacovei8382 That would make sense if this was Silent Hill, but Dead Space usually keeps the room you are in rendered, which is part of why doors take a while to open. So the FPS in dark regions I blame on the GPU not having to distinguish as much visually on a decent brightness setting. It's not like these areas are 100% dark since there is usually at least one environment light for ambience along with the visor effect and the flashlight.
It's part of why Doom 3 was so dark back then, aside from the dynamic light system, darkness usually helped with optimization for the game in general, otherwise it would melt computers from so much detail and complexity
Osiris Avra EA make nothing they are a publisher so all they do is advertising producing hard cd and DVD copies and clubbing any developers that get inovative ideas like a baby seal.
Yeah, think of EA as the douchebag you need money from to work on a project. But after you get your loan they get all up in your face deciding how they want your project to be since "you owe them" and they want more money.
In the leadup to Dead Space 1, there was an online point-and-click horror game called 'No Known Survivors.' It was pretty good, told some pretty creepy stories set in the Dead Space universe, and had a lot of class about its horror in an increasingly jumpscare-reliant genre. In one of the stories (it had a couple 'episodes'), there weren't even any necromorphs. You were just a guy on a small survey ship after the gruesome murder of one of your two other crewmates, and all you knew was that there was literally only one potential culprit and he was looking for you. Then for Dead Space 2...geez, was that marketing campaign cringe-worthy. It didn't even make sense. Who was it directed towards? Anyone who would consider the idea that their mom is grossed out by a particular video game is a selling point is probably also young enough that they need to convince their mom to buy the game for them. But then the game turned out pretty well, so I had actually forgotten about the whole 'Your mom hates this game' thing until you brought it back up. It was a fun game that didn't just wallow in the original for cheap nostalgia points (the return to the Ishimura had a lot of buildup, and you only spent a small part of the game there), and even the story was pretty good. Ellie and Issac both had nice character arcs, and the game didn't have a presumptuous 'The end...?' conclusion that left everything on a cliffhanger that might never be resolved. Dead Space 3...well, I figure you'll do a review for that. No sense rambling any further 'til then.
Dead Space 2 was harmed extremely bad by it's marketing. It was atrocious. It pissed off the fans of the original and turned off most potential new customers. To think they spent 100 million dollars on *that* marketing stunt... good lord. It's no wonder 2 sold a lot worse than they hoped. And of course, EA didn't 't get it... which tells me the person making the decisions at EA was closely tied to the 'your mom hates dead space' shitshow, and they refused to have any personal blame. It had to be someone else's fault... How about Visceral, yeah you guys! Don't fuck up Dead Space 3! You'd better fix this shit cause it totally wasn't my fault!
"just a guy on a small survey ship after the gruesome murder of one of your two other crewmates, and all you knew was that there was literally only one potential culprit and he was looking for you" Sus
Oh, and more works of fiction really need to utilize how Dead Space 2 treated its ending: make sure to make it a good ending point to a story even if there's some hype for a sequel that might never come out, or worse, ends up extremely lackluster.
The first time you face the Stalkers (The raptor necros) in that circular room without a corner to put your back into was the most scared a video game has ever made me. That real "You're being hunted" fear.
I still remember the second encounter with Necromorphs after getting the Plasma Cutter. The decompressing gas scared the shit out of me the first time.
14:30 for years after as a teenager into adult I’d quote his lines because his acting was just so good. My hero. His shouts whenever he’s launched by an enemy or an explosion is terror, his rare quips when he’s on edge but trying to relax for a sec, or his moments where he’s riding some momentum - I love him. “Stick around. I’m full of bad ideas.” Such a nerd but also a little credit to the survivor of two catastrophes :) I am glad Gunner is returning but I hope the direction leads him right. DS3 was a little too much and too over the tip sometimes even for him. Love your videos and always come back to them on relaxing days.
Mandalore start rewiewing the dead space trilogy and visceral game die. Coincidence? I don't think so, this is clearly the work of some mandalorian bounty hunter. That scum would do anything for money!
The crawl spaces are loading screens. Pretty sure they're actually safe spaces, I don't think you get attacked unless there are some set pieces I've forgotten. The first one games you with a spooky monster shot, I suspect this idea is to remove all safe spaces
So, as we all know, Mandalore got Visceral fired with his first review. What do you think his goal is with this second review? The financial ruin of former Visceral employees? The death of their first born sons? Guess correctly and you'll win a free copy of Mandalore's gachi remix album!
This. It went from survival horror to action in a nice pace. Isaac isn't facing a new threat, he's done this shit, he just wants to take his paid vacation days.
I still prefer the first one because of the fact that I can't play it anymore. it scares the shit out me till this day. And I haven't touched it for the past 6 years.
I think one of the scenes that really got my in Dead Space 2 was that scene where fake Nicole grabbed you and tried to stab your eye with a syringe, and when you fight her off, the hallucination fades and it turns out Isaac was just trying to stab his own eye out.
The scene just never made sense to me. Why is there a function where the eye poker just goes completely fucking wack and kill the person? Who designed it that way and why?
I will say that the chapter when you return to the Ishimura is amazing. It's so quiet for so long that when they finally start the action, it's a weird mix of terror and relief.
21:40 says "These videos are taking too much time" Yes, they are taking too much of my time, because every time you complete one, I have a burning need to watch two more.
I realised that despite the starting store being cluttered with DLC things, it does make it ideal if you want to start a new run in a specific way or challenge runs. Like using only specific weapons or armor. Unless you're doing your first playthrough, this seems like a fun option to replay it.
13:20 - The box peek-a-boo monsters from this game and the Spiderbugs from Metro Last Light are the coolest, most interestingly designed enemies I've ever dealt with.
12:20 the sneaky creatures are terribly spooky but I had zoned them out so I clipped ALL their legs while at a choke point but they all ran away while legless. That’s how I learned that 10 legless sneaky necros make the loudest scariest noise ever when they’re dragging themselves at you violently as horde
The Stalkers and the odd Divider are so good. They often have the most unique 'entrances' so I appreciate them a little bit more for that, plus their designs are just fantastic in that they force the player to change up their style to a degree.
"Dead Space 2 underperformed" lets see. 4 million copies sold near launch, I think games cost $60 back then so that's $240,000,000. that sucks that that was not a profit margin good enough for EA, Dead Space 2 is one of my favorite games of all time and I hope we get a DS2 Remake after the DS1 Remake.
I remember playing this for the first time and seeing the ishimura again, that was hands down the most tense I’ve been playing a game and the way it was handled was perfect. Very slow but expecting something at every turn, it took a step back and felt like dead space 1 again
13:30 Yes, those velociraptor aliens were creepy as fuck! Especially when you hear them lurking, and peaking their head around the corner, you never knew where they might jump out at you. I unloaded about a dozen mines around me during those parts LOL
You don't understand the ending boss? It's a literal mental battle between the markers messages ( Nicole) vs Issac himself. The strange webs you see at the end of the of the final boss battles are in fact "Neurons" brain neurons which are Issac fighting off the marker's influence off of him. The needle part is basically when the patients AKA Issac and Stross unlock a specific part of the brain which stores the "Marker" information. Convergence, on the other hand, is welp Dead Space 3, basically when the markers summon millions of bodies to combine into one unified body and go around killing other species and aliens.
Ah, The Brethern Moons. I see now. Basically Planet sized zombies of Love-craftian Size and Power! Whelp, since EA decided to toss away An Amazing I.P. I think Some Fans and Fan-Ficition is better off telling the rest of the story from here.
You know... I actually theorized that the markers were some form of galactic reproduction when Dead Space 2 first came out... I felt so smug when I turned out to be right.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add more "spoilers" in your reviews. I love hearing your commentary on the plots of all of these games. You've been doing it a lot recently and I love it! Keep putting the "skip to ___ if you want to avoid spoilers" in your reviews and you will have an infinite audience. I'm speaking obviously from a personal perspective here, but I think that most of your viewers are hardcore fans of these older games you're reviewing, and don't care much about spoilers; we're mostly here for your commentary. Obviously, add the spoiler warning into your videos like you usually do, but don't feel obligated to leave anything out that caught you off guard. Again, a lot, if not MOST of us, have already played these older games. We want to hear YOUR TAKE on the plot and the gameplay. I feel a little bit weird saying "we" because it's subjective, but it's personally what I'd like to see more of, and I think most of the people here would agree. You can always add spoiler tags later. I think the majority of this audience comprises of people who have already played these games, and are coming back here for some nostalgia. Regardless, I love your vids. You're going to blow up in 2018... I'd quite literally place bets on you being 350-400k subs by the end of 2018 if you keep pushing out content like this on a consistent basis.
That intro sequence will forever be stuck in my mind. From Nicole slowly coming to you and saying "make us whole" to Isaac getting released from stasis and the guy getting necromorphed in real time in front of your eyes... I seriously remember each twitch and motion. Both mentally and physically the threat is established and it's gruesome, terrifying and quick. Never do they get that close into your personal space right away. Also I have never killed as many children and babies as I did in this game.
Fantastic review! One of the things I wanted to mention is enemy types and frequency. I think some necro types really needed to be included or appear more often. There should have been at least 3 more brute and tripod fights, at least 4 more divider encounters, and they should have added the twitcher during the gov sector area ( chapters 13-15 ). It would have made the game perfect fighting wise as each of these fights require a specific strategy.
Old video, but wanted to share a story. When I was a kid, dead space was coming out, I was roughly middle school age. I was terrified of horror games, just could not do them, but had that car-crash-can't-look-away fascination with them. I started watching playthroughs of horror games to get a feel for them, particularly TheRadBrad. In his footage of the stalker necromorph encounter in the room with the storage boxes, he was charged multiple times and had to fight them. We can see you here trying to fight them as well. There's a randomization to each encounter that keeps it fresh on multiple playthroughs like you mentioned. Years later finishing high school I had finally gotten into horror games. I worked my way through Dead Space 1, loved it, moved to Dead Space 2, was terrified, kept going anyway. Got to the extremely memorable Stalker storage room I'd seen footage of for years and tensed up so bad, ready for a fight. But when I went through it, it was different. I could hear them, but so sparse. They'd roll a pipe across the floor, knock over a box, but stayed completely out of sight, only occasionally chirping. I got more and more horrified as I went along, waiting to see one, or to get jumped, and it kept not happening, until... it was just over. I'd crossed the room. What? I went to the exit, activated the door and... Standby. Every single one rushed me at once while I was trapped in that corner while I fired pulse rifle grenades in a wild panic. Scariest fucking experience in a video game I've ever had.
10:00 Something that wasn't mentioned, was that those Suits give you upgrades to Inventory and Armor on par with the Vintage Suit. Those upgrades are retroactive, so you won't experience the same progression route as another player will.
I remember the Dagoth Ur mask from my playthrough. My head-canon for Unitology since then has been it was his response to the Tribunal (3 vs. 1), and therefore makes Dead Space a prequel to Morrowind.
6:48 Haha! Pretty cool joke, Mandalore! But is there a video game character who is stronger than the Guardian God-King of the Holy Land of Vvardenfell Vivec using the 36 Lessons and CHIM with an army of Indoril-armored Ordinators?
If you consider how he got kidnapped by the Daedra and how his Ordinators couldn't stop some foreigner with a suicide ring from making most of his followers loosing their faith in him there are a few more powerful characters.
15:41 I always read that scene as Nolan hitting an emergency release button rather than Isaac taking his helmet off to try and talk some sense into him
To be honest I think the engineering suit is fine, as its one of the medium armor variants of it, and instead of getting the heavy duty version, you get a military grade suit, which makes more sense upgrading wise as the sprawl isn't just an industrial mining ship.
I just wanted to say that I just went through all of your review videos in the past few hours and they are the best thing I have seen on RUclips in a long time. The content of and the way you do your videos is funny and really intriguing. Please just keep up the good work. I'm looking forward to it.
Going back to the Ishimura was the scariest moment in gaming for me. Dead Space 2 definitely played it's hand right. It was quiet for just the right amount of time until you encountered you're first enemy.
I have played this game many times, but everytime I watched your videos again, I keep installing them again and falling in love with the series. Cross my heart that the upcoming remake is as good as we hope it would be.
The thing I really loved about Dead Space 2 was the world design. The Sprawl, the details in every room you walk into, the gothic, gritty architecture everywhere, the elegant shape of the skycrapers and the cityscape. The interior of the medical and residential buildings, the unitologist church. It all seems extremely well crafted and believable. It feels like there was an actual societal life going on there before the outbreak. And in DS3, this beautiful world design was thrown under the bus, and that bugged me real hard back then when I played it.
Great video!! Way more in depth and intelligently put together than I thought it could possibly be! WOW!! I love this game. I played it 4 or 5 times and I want to play it AT LEAST ANOTHER 4 or 5 times!! I loved Dead Space (the original too! I lost count of how many times I played it. At least 12!!!) Watching this video, makes me want to play Dead Space 2 again, SOON!!! There's SO MANY GREAT GAMES to play, and only so much time to play them!!! Man, I love this game!!!
18:05 to clarify the creators contain the knowledge of how to make a brother moon from the previous marker but teidman used amnestics to block those memories so the market wouldn't be able to converge so the market led Isaac to the machine so he could unlock those memories from his self conscious
You're really kind with the story there. Will you give Dead Space Extraction a shot? For all its simple game play, it's got dialogues that aren't 20 variations of "FUCK" every other line and some interesting madness gimmick. Great video again.
Man, I am so happy that you have gotten up to almost 70K subscribers. You make some really incredible videos. You really have a knack for the pacing of the video and how informative it should be. Please keep on doing what you do, and thank you for the videos.

My only gripe with the DS1 remake is that the now talkative Isaac isn't cussing like a motherfucker like he did in DS2 hahahaha
Idk I think that moment is really well acted. He's already in this situation and he's trained to do walk under pressure even though he's a rookie. I like his voice lines throughout gameplay as well
Well*
He is so sick and tired of these motherfucking necromorphs on this motherfucking space station!
Terrible take. He behaves the same way in the first game.

Yeah, you kinda are right. I've never seen A 3 to the fullest, turned it off after a last quarter.
So if we got a Dead Space 4 it'd be the shittiest shit ever?

I still think that this game was still a very balanced blend of horror and action.
That is why it's my favourite installment
I don't know why it freaked me at the time, maybe I was expecting to fight it after a jumpscare that never came, or maybe the design just fascinated me, but after 5 fucking years I still remember this
Oh yeah and those running ennemies truly were the final nail to fix the atmosphere right where it belang. They were visious, and only noisy when they wanted to scare you off, after that you had to make total silence to listen to the footstep, if you didn't want to end up as necromorph's food. It really felt like you were trying to survive in a deadly environnement, using every sense to overcome the predator
Dead space 3 is scarier. Hah.
planescaped
It's part of why Doom 3 was so dark back then, aside from the dynamic light system, darkness usually helped with optimization for the game in general, otherwise it would melt computers from so much detail and complexity
graphically this game holds up pretty damn well for it's age!
true, its amazing what E.A can do but choose to make shity games most of the time.
Osiris Avra EA make nothing they are a publisher so all they do is advertising producing hard cd and DVD copies and clubbing any developers that get inovative ideas like a baby seal.
ops my mistake
Yeah, think of EA as the douchebag you need money from to work on a project. But after you get your loan they get all up in your face deciding how they want your project to be since "you owe them" and they want more money.
degree7 it's is correct fool
Personally I find it fascinating what ppl considered "cool" in previous generation (and cringing a bit).
it like looking at the rings of a tree.
"just a guy on a small survey ship after the gruesome murder of one of your two other crewmates, and all you knew was that there was literally only one potential culprit and he was looking for you"
Sus
Great game hampered by such shoddy marketing... it's a miracle it actually didn't flop because of it.
Oh, and more works of fiction really need to utilize how Dead Space 2 treated its ending: make sure to make it a good ending point to a story even if there's some hype for a sequel that might never come out, or worse, ends up extremely lackluster.
RIP Visceral Games.

Add them to the long list of studios that EA have shut down, the serial killer of the gaming industry.
Here's hoping the same doesn't happen to Bioware and all the other poor companys under EA's wing. :(
Alex Gaming it is inevitable
The first time you face the Stalkers (The raptor necros) in that circular room without a corner to put your back into was the most scared a video game has ever made me. That real "You're being hunted" fear.
Unfortunately it's easily defeated by running up the stairs, so if you're smart then the fight loses a lot of tension.

Love your videos and always come back to them on relaxing days.

instantly subbed. don't know why i hadn't heard of you earlier.
I miss the fact in dead space 1 when you dismembered the morphs you can see worm like creatures writhing around the open wound
The best Dead Space imo
This.
It went from survival horror to action in a nice pace. Isaac isn't facing a new threat, he's done this shit, he just wants to take his paid vacation days.
Why are you fucking everywhere
Because we here, in the comment section, are more similar than we care to admit.
I definitely agree that this is the best dead space.
17:50 NO

Spectre Walkthroughs
Those last 2 inches are the most difficult (thatswhatshesaid)
Reason why I never replayed Dead Space 2 ever again. Fuck that scene and fuck that they forced me do it myself instead of just cut scene
No before this the marker lasers you make it by an ass hair with each run
This scene is the only reason I have never even touched the game
The scene just never made sense to me. Why is there a function where the eye poker just goes completely fucking wack and kill the person? Who designed it that way and why?
I will say that the chapter when you return to the Ishimura is amazing. It's so quiet for so long that when they finally start the action, it's a weird mix of terror and relief.
21:40 says "These videos are taking too much time"
Yes, they are taking too much of my time, because every time you complete one, I have a burning need to watch two more.
finish one video and two more will take it's place, hail mandalore
I realised that despite the starting store being cluttered with DLC things, it does make it ideal if you want to start a new run in a specific way or challenge runs. Like using only specific weapons or armor. Unless you're doing your first playthrough, this seems like a fun option to replay it.
13:20 - The box peek-a-boo monsters from this game and the Spiderbugs from Metro Last Light are the coolest, most interestingly designed enemies I've ever dealt with.
Rest in peace Visceral you were too pure for this world
They are making games again but with a different name. They aren't so pure, then. LOL
6:32 The devs were really showing off their Event Horizon inspiration there.
That death scene in the beginning always reminded me of The Sims. I think it's the animation.
Ryotaiku I like you, rollin with that Sunstone profile picture mad respect
That profile pic tells me Ryotaiku is a degenerate.
Actualy, she looks pretty good :P
It's the shoulders, I bet. The first sims people often shrugged in a similar way when they sim-talked.
Man, now I want a Dead Space DLC for the sims where you now have to deal with Necromorphs brutally killing anything around them.
15:42 About that "risky move". I just decided to thought that Stross hit an "emergency open" spot on helmet
Wait, the dangers of Polish forests?... Darkwood?

12:20 the sneaky creatures are terribly spooky but I had zoned them out so I clipped ALL their legs while at a choke point but they all ran away while legless.
That’s how I learned that 10 legless sneaky necros make the loudest scariest noise ever when they’re dragging themselves at you violently as horde
That actually made me shiver just imagining it

"OMG... Is he ok?" Dude, that just made my day. Seriously I've laughed my ass off. Thank you!
The Stalkers and the odd Divider are so good. They often have the most unique 'entrances' so I appreciate them a little bit more for that, plus their designs are just fantastic in that they force the player to change up their style to a degree.
Pro tip: Dead space 2 multiplayer has NO FORM OF ANTICHEAT
we must make dead space 2 multiplayer great again
We must make it whole.

"Dead Space 2 underperformed"
lets see. 4 million copies sold near launch, I think games cost $60 back then so that's $240,000,000.
that sucks that that was not a profit margin good enough for EA, Dead Space 2 is one of my favorite games of all time and I hope we get a DS2 Remake after the DS1 Remake.
Looks like we are!
I know that the "Iron Man" bit was a joke but ngl that animation and music was sick

The Stalkers are like the Velociraptors from Jurassic Park.
That sounds fucking amazing
8:05 That "Home Alone 2" scream....I DIED!! Hahaha
That slow and cofident "I'm going to skullfuck you" walk the Ubermorph does at 17:17, gave me chills.
10:00 Something that wasn't mentioned, was that those Suits give you upgrades to Inventory and Armor on par with the Vintage Suit. Those upgrades are retroactive, so you won't experience the same progression route as another player will.
Oh shit you're right. That's really stupid.
I remember the Dagoth Ur mask from my playthrough. My head-canon for Unitology since then has been it was his response to the Tribunal (3 vs. 1), and therefore makes Dead Space a prequel to Morrowind.

But is there a video game character who is stronger than the Guardian God-King of the Holy Land of Vvardenfell Vivec using the 36 Lessons and CHIM with an army of Indoril-armored Ordinators?
Kept ya waiting, huh?
If you consider how he got kidnapped by the Daedra and how his Ordinators couldn't stop some foreigner with a suicide ring from making most of his followers loosing their faith in him there are a few more powerful characters.
This reminds me of something a wise man once asked me.

Cross my heart that the upcoming remake is as good as we hope it would be.
so what did you think about the remake?
The Rivet gun was fun when you had a tonne of ammo and just pulled the trigger as fast as possible like it was a Halo 2 Magnum
Early enough for that 360p, booooooy.

18:05 to clarify the creators contain the knowledge of how to make a brother moon from the previous marker but teidman used amnestics to block those memories so the market wouldn't be able to converge so the market led Isaac to the machine so he could unlock those memories from his self conscious
the stalkers are simply terrifying and awesome

07:42 that "whatever that was" helped me clear the path significantly, when I was surrounded on all sides by Necromorphs.
You're really kind with the story there. Will you give Dead Space Extraction a shot? For all its simple game play, it's got dialogues that aren't 20 variations of "FUCK" every other line and some interesting madness gimmick.
Great video again.
It is really good? What's your point?
