I just got my exam results and I was so anxious thinking I did really bad but in the end it all worked out I got really unbelievably good grades, really didn't expect it.. Don't overthink everything will somehow work out don't worry! Believe in your self Lofi community really helped me in my hard times.. I am glad to be a part of it!

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨️ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. for those of you who want a little uplifting story, have mine. i was in the lowest point of my mental health, suffering from suicidal ideation and an eating disorder, i ate a meal a week and only allowed myself to get limes on other days (its odd i know). i was in a play at the time, a little girl attached herself to me. she didn't have a reason, she told me she felt like 'i was her person'. she was a little red haired girl of maybe seven. she followed me everywhere. one day i sat down during a scene i wasn't supposed to sit down during. i felt lightheaded and was worried i would pass out, though this wasn't uncommon for me, i was afraid to faint on stage. the little girl asked me why i was sitting and i explained that sometimes my head feels funny and then i fall down. she didn't quite understand, but she promised that she 'would catch' me if i fell. we both exited separate ways due to blocking and our director was very strict, so she informed everyone around me that i was feeling like i might fall down and that she 'would never forgive' them if they didn't catch me. i looked around awkwardly to the other cast members who didn't take her seriously. i didn't end up fainting, but i thanked her for her concern. that night i sobbed the entire way home, i wasn't old enough to drive yet, so my mom was driving me. she tried to ask me why, she was aware of my mental health struggles and we were in the process of seeking treatment. we we got home i finally stopped and explained that the little girl was the sweetest person i had ever met. she was kind to me for no reason, she had no idea what i was going through, she was a lot younger than i was but she still wanted to take care of me in a way no one had before. she became my best friend throughout that whole show, our director used to call her my mini shadow, where ever i went she followed. one night during tech week, i was really struggling. i was stressed with school work and the show wasn't helping. i remembered her trying to keep me from faint, how she wouldn't forgive someone for letting me fall. i wanted to die that night, but my first thought was, 'she would never forgive me'. i couldn't bare that thought, continuing to fight was easier than imagining what she would say if she never saw me again. i got myself a cup of water, and went to bed. safe because i needed to be for her. on closing night, i pulled her aside, my eyes full of tears. her little hand wiping them before they could run down my cheek. she asked me what was wrong, i responded "you have made such a difference in my life, that you will never even begin to understand. you have brought me so much joy that i can't put into words. i really didn't think angels were real until i met you, i didn't realize that a person could be so pure hearted. i hope you never go through what i did before we met, but i hope someday you realize just how much you helped me. don't ever change. don't ever let the world tell you that what you are doing is anything less that perfect. don't let anyone ever make you feel like you are less than because you are a godsent." tears started running down her perfectly freckled skin, i wiped them off like she had mine. she wrapped her arms me, holding me as tight as she could. at that moment. i felt like i could take on the world.

for those of you who want a little uplifting story, have mine.
i was in the lowest point of my mental health, suffering from suicidal ideation and an eating disorder, i ate a meal a week and only allowed myself to get limes on other days (its odd i know). i was in a play at the time, a little girl attached herself to me. she didn't have a reason, she told me she felt like 'i was her person'. she was a little red haired girl of maybe seven. she followed me everywhere. one day i sat down during a scene i wasn't supposed to sit down during. i felt lightheaded and was worried i would pass out, though this wasn't uncommon for me, i was afraid to faint on stage. the little girl asked me why i was sitting and i explained that sometimes my head feels funny and then i fall down. she didn't quite understand, but she promised that she 'would catch' me if i fell. we both exited separate ways due to blocking and our director was very strict, so she informed everyone around me that i was feeling like i might fall down and that she 'would never forgive' them if they didn't catch me. i looked around awkwardly to the other cast members who didn't take her seriously. i didn't end up fainting, but i thanked her for her concern.
that night i sobbed the entire way home, i wasn't old enough to drive yet, so my mom was driving me. she tried to ask me why, she was aware of my mental health struggles and we were in the process of seeking treatment. we we got home i finally stopped and explained that the little girl was the sweetest person i had ever met. she was kind to me for no reason, she had no idea what i was going through, she was a lot younger than i was but she still wanted to take care of me in a way no one had before.
she became my best friend throughout that whole show, our director used to call her my mini shadow, where ever i went she followed.
one night during tech week, i was really struggling. i was stressed with school work and the show wasn't helping. i remembered her trying to keep me from faint, how she wouldn't forgive someone for letting me fall. i wanted to die that night, but my first thought was, 'she would never forgive me'. i couldn't bare that thought, continuing to fight was easier than imagining what she would say if she never saw me again. i got myself a cup of water, and went to bed. safe because i needed to be for her.
on closing night, i pulled her aside, my eyes full of tears. her little hand wiping them before they could run down my cheek. she asked me what was wrong, i responded "you have made such a difference in my life, that you will never even begin to understand. you have brought me so much joy that i can't put into words. i really didn't think angels were real until i met you, i didn't realize that a person could be so pure hearted. i hope you never go through what i did before we met, but i hope someday you realize just how much you helped me. don't ever change. don't ever let the world tell you that what you are doing is anything less that perfect. don't let anyone ever make you feel like you are less than because you are a godsent." tears started running down her perfectly freckled skin, i wiped them off like she had mine. she wrapped her arms me, holding me as tight as she could. at that moment. i felt like i could take on the world.
