This looks a lot like a very nice hotel I stayed at a very long time ago in Lake Tahoe (back in ‘97 it was a Marriott but it’s probably changed affiliation since then..it was literally right on the Stateline on the California side…)

Everything checks out except the desk chair has to be replaced. I enjoyed Canmore, AB when we passed through on our Anchorage to Aliso Viejo, Ca road trip in 2019.
