I know my old account got broken but do A320 pilots know how the a/c packs work? Because the packs seem confusing as they go through a heat exchanger twice; 1 time goes through a heat exchanger then through a centrifugal compressor then goes through another heat exchanger but this is where is gets confusing, after the air has been through 2 heat exchangers, it goes though the compressor again, doesn’t it make the air hotter?
HI Taejun, to be honest with you, most pilots would probably have a hard time explaining all technical intricacies of something like the PAC. We have a general idea of the principles of the physics behind why they work, but if it was up to use to break one down and put it back together most of us would probably struggle, myself included. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful here. How is your flight training progressing?
hello captain im getting confused so the fwd and aft buttons it used to call the flight attendant if pilot needs them ? can you please give me a simple information .
Hey Jospeh, yes, to elaborate on this, these buttons will both create a chime that can be heard in the cabin, but will create a prompt on the flight attendant panel at each respective position that the flight deck is desiring to talk. Once the cabin attendant sees the notification that was caused by the use of these buttons, they can pick up the phone handset and talk directly with the flight deck. Thanks for tuning in my friend...Mike
Can you make more videos explaining the rest of those buttons? I really enjoyed watching those and was disappointed at seeing it end at the video on call buttons.
Hi Aby! Thanks so much for tuning into the channel. I had taken some time off from making videos for a while but i'll be starting again really soon. Im always looking for ways to grow the channel. Do you have any ideas of other things you might like to see discussed or shown? Thanks for your feedback!
Hi Guarav! Thanks so much for tuning in again! great question. The short answer is no. Once you take the plane out of "managed" mode the plane will no longer honor speed and altitude constraints on its own.
Hey Thanks for watching and the feedback. Hmm. I really like that Idea actually! I have been out of the world of PC flight sims for so long now. The last sim program I was using was FSX. Do you know what would be a good current flight sim program to use for this ? Alsd, do you know who makes a good A320 panel with good systems functionality?
Thanks a bunch! I will check it out! This is for FSx? Or Xplane? Also do you know what is the current best PC flight simulator since Microsoft stopped developing Flight Simulator?
So vias are the vertical guidance or something like that for descent and transition is lateral. But how do you enter vias in Mcdu because I know where to enter it in the mcdu but I want to know where vias is in the star chart because there are different vias names like, BIM05 or golf alpha Charlie 05...........but I don’t really know what they do because one person said when he put vias, he was in a detour/ holding pattern.
Hi Taejun, you don't really enter vias in the MCDU in the same fashion that you enter sid/star transition options. The 'via' portion comes built in, in the sense that the charted speeds and altitudes are pre programed once you select the transition and sid/star that you want to load. Do you have a specific airport's procedures that you are looking at? In a lot of other countries there are many more procedures available as a lot of their sid/star procedures get built to be runaway specific, as opposed to most procedures in the US are designed to feed multiple runways.
Dear Mike, please include actual audio video of all that is happening at different places, thanks.
16 down 47 to go. Thanx great stuff😀
Keep em coming
Thanks for watching my friend!

If the controller wants us to fly a specific speed or heading or hold at at an altitude during STAR, would the constraints be adhered to?
Thanks

nice you know you should really show the buttons in flight sim so you can use to press them and show us how they work

@@MikeAbignale aero soft can be only used on fsx OR p3d if you like to use xplane11, then you should check out JARDesign A320
