+Hey it's Peatriz It's a joke. Ask anyone. Chaldeans like to pretend that they are not Assyrian even though THEY ARE. I am Chaldean, I go to Chaldean-Catholic church. My family speaks Aramaic, I am not new to this shit. Chaldeans are Assyrians, google it.
If I had to learn a Semitic language it would be Aramaic. Aramaic is softer and more melodic than Hebrew or Arabic. No wonder why Aramaic was a Lingua Franca in the Middle East. In my opinion.

Raphael Bidawid, the then patriarch of the Chaldean Catholic Church commented on the Assyrian name dispute in 2003 and clearly differentiated between the name of a church and an ethnicity:
"I personally think that these different names serve to add confusion. The original name of our Church was the ‘Church of the East’ … When a portion of the Church of the East became Catholic in the 17th Century, the name given was ‘Chaldean’ based on the Magi kings who were believed by some to have come from what once had been the land of the Chaldean, to Bethlehem. The name ‘Chaldean’ does not represent an ethnicity, just a church… We have to separate what is ethnicity and what is religion… I myself, my sect is Chaldean, but ethnically, I am Assyrian."[9]
In an interview with the Assyrian Star in the September-October 1974 issue, he was quoted as saying:
"Before I became a priest I was an Assyrian, before I became a bishop I was an Assyrian, I am an Assyrian today, tomorrow, forever, and I am proud of it."[20]

I really like your videos but I wanna say something regarding this video. I am a CHALDEAN, CHALDEAN is not a tribe, CHALDEANs are people and we also have tribes.
And there is no ASSYRIAN Language nor CHALDEAN language, they are both ARAMAIC language, so ASSYRIAN and CHALDEAN are accents of ARAMAIC which is language of JESUS.
So you can not say '' I speak Assyrian '' or '' I speak Chaldean''.
But you can say '' I speak ARAMAIC , ASSYRIAN accent'' or '' I speak ARAMAIC , CHALDEAN accent''
And you can not say that CHALDEANs speak ASSYRIAN because CHALDEANs have their own accent, so CHALDEANs speak CHALDEAN.
FOR YOUR INFO.: ancient HEBREW and ancient ARAMAIC (Chaldean & Assyrian) are absolutely the same but the dialect is different.

Brother Assyrian is your ethnicity. You are Chaldean by faith because in 1672 one patriarch and his lineage finally went into communion with the Catholic church after a dispute in 1552 between to patriarchs but before that they were all Assyrians and connected to Assyrian Church of the East.
Tel Keppe, Alqosh, Babetnaya, zahko ect are all Aramaic speaking languages as are the people who speak athuree its still Aramaic. I agree with that part. But its not an accent its a dialect lol. And no its not a chaldean dialect because chaldean was only given to you from the roman church in 1672 to basically say hey here take the name chaldean your catholic now.
