I know this one, but I've never seen it explained in this level of detail. I'm digging it.
I am so weak 😂 will keep trying, thank you for the instructions
You’re a fantastic instructor 👍
Man, I didn’t know Mark had such sweet dances moves.
I'm back in a BJJ or CSW class....
I love these ....
This is great - animal flow with proper attention to detail
One of those wonderful shoulder stabilising exercises. Amy grappler had done versions of these, for sitouts, technical stand ups etc.
Damn, really good instructions bro. Seemingly easy exercises can go very wrong if done with poor execution. Well done sir
Love the body weight exercises you provide. I travel on business every week and most hotel gyms suck. I also like that you go outdoors into the elements for additional challenges.
ive got 6 bodyweight programs im wrapping up this month specifically for travel
Love these things. I figure you are going to show the variation where you swing through to the front? Mixing that one and this one are super total body exercises.
I dig this playing in the dirt
I'm now starting to get more excited for the body weight programming of the new app than before. Anyone who signed up for the beta, already invited?
Finally!!!!!!!!! someone broke this down, thank you!
Thankyou🙏🏾
This is good. Thanks Mark.
Excellent.
Another good one, should help me w turkish get ups.
Eres muy bueno Mark !
If I can do this I feel like I will be well on my way to break dancing!
Could you talk about the pistol squat in a video? Thank you
Fabulous
Beautiful!
I've been waiting for this... Fucking awesome
Why is it key to main the square position?
(Also, thanks for putting together these very detailed instructions. This is not apparent in other content on this style of movement that I have found. I love this pattern of movement.)
He talks about this in a previous bodyweight video. The square gives you great support. If your feet start to move further from your hands you can start adding unnecessary strain on the shoulders and it becomes less efficient to perform the move.
@@cucciafr68 Cool. Thanks. Watched the first in the series (again), and this seems to be the idea. The knee to wrist cue seems crucial. I've drifted a bit in doing these kinds of movements on occasion and will pay attention to this going forward. :-)
@@MarkLaubach The drift will be common in exercises like this especially when you pick up the pace. You're right about those cues being essential. It adds another layer of control in the movement.
Exellent Mark i wish i was younger and not 72 years old.
Never too late
may I just say ... holy shit ... and, thank you.
Gold , thanks
🤙💥🎯
LOL. You’d think my new $140k hips would let me do this. Perhaps if I spent all my waking hours working toward it for a few years.
One can watch and dream! :)
My 150k knee let’s me do it
@@MarkWildman I guess I should’ve spent the additional $10k on the Mark Wildman models :(
It’s not the knee. It’s the training
One can watch and train harder than last time!
Serious question - I’ve been looking at your videos since recommended by RUclips to figure out how to correctly get fit (non Athlete here)
I been walking slue foot/out toeing all my life (50 yrs). If I turn my feet straight for exercises, am I going to damage myself/ hurt my knees?
start with single arm club or kettlebell to work on the knees straighter idea.
Thanks!
Is having a balanced schedule of 2 days of body flows and 3 days of kettlebell training enough?
Short answer yes
Long answer. Enough for what?
@@MarkWildman for maintaining or improving strength and mobility. Of course with time under tension and nerd math.
I used to believe 5 to 6 days of hitting the gym bro science way,was the be all and end all to fitness.
Until i stumbled upon the Kettlebells and body flows and realized how inflexible and weak I was in lateral movements. At this stage in my life, as long as I stay fit enough for riding motorcycles 😅.
do you have to do it in the middle of a forest?
Technically yes
For maximum gains, it is necessary.
When you push down. The trees push up.
Can the white balance not change throughout the video..
If you would like to volunteer a higher grade camera package and a focus puller for every video it could be arranged
@@MarkWildman haha, I wish. what about locking the balance?
Doable TGU cousin.
what is this good for?
This is a piece of many fundamental getups.
I miss the gym setting of the older videos.
We're getting spoiled, two videos per day!! :D
Where is the second one? In your thick head?
@@Tomara632 wtf? You okay there?
@@Sam-vk8xd doing just great. You OK?
@@Tomara632 I’m great. I was just wondering about the thick head comment, seems kinda mean don’t you think?
@@Tomara632 ok, I guess. But I would recommend against taking part in online “battles”. Cheers.

@@MarkWildman Black Scout Survival baseball cap looks like...😉
@@MarkWildman and are the gloves the 5.11 High Abrasion Tac Glove Men's Military Full Finger High Abrasion Tactical Gloves?
