Avinash as a chronic acidity patient I would advise you not to drink citrus fruits best is have lots of coconut water,watermelon juice,apple banana guava chikoo and have a huge bowl of Dahi white every meal .Also since you have heavy dose of meds try eating khicdi curd rice and totally avoid coffee

Yep, exactly! Also plz avoid eating bhindi, arhar ki dal and other stuffs like chhole, rajama, bengan that cause gastic problem. And before going to bed take a half cup of cold milk without sugar bcoz it instantly gives relief from acidity.......
