I only had an hour squeezed in between filming at Clearwell and Lea Bailey and it took a while to work out the operating pattern. I would have liked to do more... At the moment, we hope to come to the vintage day on 13th July 2014 when we can give the railway our undivided attention.
Ah, yes, the timetable was a bit unusual, as "Dreadnought" can't negotiate the last curve at Wetheral (bottom of the 1 in 29 into Oakiron) without the chain falling off......
TimHall42 That must have been fun finding out. If you look at our Lea Bailey video clips you will maybe detect that it took a while to work out that propelling wagons, especially bogie ones, across some of our points was not a good idea.
