  • Wudang kung fu. This video was filmed at the Grand Teton National Park in late July 2009. We discovered a small island of wet sands in a lake. The waters in stillness acted as a perfect mirror reflecting the white clouds and blue sky above; "This is heaven," said Master Bing as he was at awe by such amazing moment. During his captivating performance, the clouds began to move and the dynamic lighting added visual rhythm as if nature was practicing Taiji along with this Wudang Master in that tranquil morning. The theory of essence, Qi and spirit‏: 煉精化気, 煉気化神, 煉神還虚, 還虚合道.

    I love this Wudang form it is both graceful and beautiful. Master Bing's performance is nothing less than superb & the scenery he demonstrates this form in adds to the exotic nature of this mystical Wudang style. Peace

    Right at dawn, before sunrise on the shore. There is a 6th Element. One that is and embraces all other elements. It will reveal itself to you. The sea will help you feel it better with waves.

    @kenadra13 Tayi and Taiji is the same I think, but Xuan Wu Quan is Two Symbol form of Wudang Kung Fu and it's actually not Taiji while Taiji Quan refers to all styles of Taiji such as Wuxing Quan (this one).

      the 5 animal qigong is simpler and easier to learn. you can start with it.

      @SarumanDeWhite 5 лет назад

      @@wudangbing Nice to know. I'm joining an 8 Brocades course in March. I will consider purchasing your five animal qigong digital download. After this, what would be the next best one to pursue?
      Thank you for your time.

    • @wudangbing
      @wudangbing  5 лет назад

      @@SarumanDeWhite if you want to be a master at Wudang Quan, you will start with the very basic kung fu foundations forms. if you practice for health and hoppy. then you can start with the form that you interested.

    • @SarumanDeWhite
      @SarumanDeWhite 5 лет назад

      @@wudangbingHello, I just bought your 5 animal qigong. Learning the turtle movement now first. I live and work in a city (Singapore) and really, it is not practical for me to aim to be a master. What I want is for something practical that works. I will focus on 5 animals for these coming months. After that, just need your recommendation on what second style I can start. Thanks a lot!
      不敢指望成为大师,但求实际实用的气功。武当五行气功之后,请您介绍我下来还能考虑学哪些呢?谢谢!
