KrisztaSedro Hi, those ones are diffusers called "hot sock" an they're made of soft, flexible lightweight foam. By "hot sock "brand.

Like bags to cover the hair dryer, you can do it with a sock and a hairband lol ;P
I'm guessing it's to dry the hair with heat but not actually "blow dry" the hair as it may go frizzy or messy... I think anyways just guessing :)
