Many years ago I went to Pau on business. My business host informed me that in Pau it only rains One Time a year. BUT, once it starts, it does not stop for 6 months.
We haven't heard that before! We were there in July. It was misty and rumbling with thunder driving in the Pyrenees, but the city of Pau was completely sunny and warm in the 80s. Winters might be rainy.
j'habite la ville pau je suis un habitant de 16 ans a partir de maintenant et j'ai 17 ans tres beau c'est bien je ne me suis jamais ennuyé quand j'avais 1 an j'étais a paris donc mes parents ont déménagé dans cette ville
Hey Steve: Thanks. I bought a mini Mavic from Costco before Covid. All manual operations but reliable. The mini 2 is a real upgrade from what I’m told but the original is easy to pack even when everything needs to fit in a small roller bag and a backpack
@@WanderlustWithTheMcKenzies NEVER say "Pain au chocolat" in Pau cause its a Béarn and South ouest french town, say CHOCOLATINE !!! It's very important for us. We let the wrong and ugly word "pain au chocolat" 🤢🤮 for the people who live in Paris and north of France. Now you know the truth. Adishatz
Thank you for sharing. It’s great to understand regional differences. Chocolatine is my favorite French pastry and I will it call it so going forward! 😊
We stayed in a wonderful Airbnb within walking distance of the center of the city. Be warned -- there's lots of stairs! www.airbnb.com/rooms/49361112?guests=1&adults=1&s=67&unique_share_id=cfc0a6b0-3e09-4c9e-a5b8-19365eea74c0
This was so much fun. Thank you.

Great video, what time of year were you in Pau?
We were in Pau the last week of May. Weather was just perfect.
You're having too much fun.
What kind of drone do you use? I have the DJI mini 2. Nice video.

I should have said pain au chocolat. You’re right, also called chocolatine. Delicious under any name!
