I was hoping for Atriox. Why are they pitting the Chief against his mentor? The Campaign looks juicy, but less of a Main Entry and rather much like a side-story... Or an introductory chapter.
He didn't trained Atriox. Atriox, and decimus founded the Banished. Atriox was the leader, and Decimus was second in command. After Decimus was killed, Eschardum was in second in command. Eschardum took over leadership after Atriox step away.

@@RoyalMudcrab I'd wholeheartedly disagree in terms of lore. Escharum was the one who actually taught Atriox almost everything he knew, becoming his mentor. But in the definition of being 'second to Atriox', he's now just his second-in-command. It doesn't mean Atriox is better than him by any means, more or so efficiently at a similar height of power as each other.
@@ArkElementStudios Well Escharum seems significantly older so he maybe significantly weaker. Plus Atriox seems more cunning and intelligent. honestly should have been his game and not Master Chief's. Getting really tired of this "become" shit, we've been Master Chief for ages now, there's nothing new about this.
@@ThomasHendrickson theres a reason why Bungie went for different protagonists and stories after 3 with ODST and Reach. Those were legit expansions on the game's universe rather than just milking the shit out of the finish the fight marketing. I'm just saying that Halo could be much more than the same guy shooting the same Elites, Grunts and occasional Brutes. I think they are stretching the Master Chief character and the context a little bit. Theres a reason why people loved the new God of War and it's cause they took a step back and tried to do something different minding the context of the game's fanbase and the times. Don't get me wrong, I don't even like GoW and I'm not saying they should make it a slower "cinematic" game like pretty much all Sony games do. Then when you can taste coop if you have friends how fun it would be to just roam around and stuff... I hope they add in aerial transport vehicles... Or maybe Brohammer will do things like that to a degree.... Like imagine the fast travel not being an instant blink, but Brohammer picking you up...

Escharum is absolutely terrifying 😨
And a badass!
I was hoping for Atriox. Why are they pitting the Chief against his mentor? The Campaign looks juicy, but less of a Main Entry and rather much like a side-story... Or an introductory chapter.
@@RoyalMudcrab Who knows maybe he can fight the arbiter because of how similar they are to each other

Escharum is the shit. Easily the hardest line in Halo, at least disregarding EU.
And yet, he is second to Atriox.
@@RoyalMudcrab Atriox is the shittier
@@RoyalMudcrab I'd wholeheartedly disagree in terms of lore. Escharum was the one who actually taught Atriox almost everything he knew, becoming his mentor. But in the definition of being 'second to Atriox', he's now just his second-in-command.
It doesn't mean Atriox is better than him by any means, more or so efficiently at a similar height of power as each other.
@Lethal Terminus indeed. I’m still learning a lot about Halo Lore since I’ve missed out on some novels and all.
@@ArkElementStudios Well Escharum seems significantly older so he maybe significantly weaker. Plus Atriox seems more cunning and intelligent. Escharum still holds a lot standard Jirahalane ideologies about war and battle. So he's probably not as flexible in his thinking.
Especially since he's unwilling to allow humans in his clans but Atriox is. Just as an example.
The soundtrack and the recital was just about to hit doom's styling territory. Love it
I’m surprised The Arbiter hasn’t already put this angry dad fat thanos Tartarus-WannaBe brute guy in his place

@@Fernando_Ribeiro it’s the halo experience….are you gonna complain about guns in cod next?
@@Fernando_Ribeiro let me screenshot you, this is hilarious!
It's just that Halo Infinite is building up to be just another Halo game with old open world elements that does not bring up anything new to the industry. At this point, just mod Master Chief onto Just Cause 2 and have the OST on the background.
@@Fernando_Ribeiro this is the correct answer, nothing wrong with hoping for a creative studio to be creative and push the franchise into new and interesting directions, anyone that says otherwise is coping.
