We have a caterpillar generator with higher oil and coolant temperatures, with red hot exhaust manifold. What do you think happened?

Check the engine timing,
Check the turbo charge make sure no leak
Remove and check the exhaus manifold make sure not clogged neat and clean.
Finally test the injectors, make sure not stuck open or leak injectors
