their mistake was not cutting a deal with the government and giving them a cut in exchange for protection, like big businesses do.

I love that movie but I was extremely disappointed that I didn't get to see all those brokers handcuffed and perp walked out of that building. Especially Greg, Jim & Michael lol

There was also an alternate ending where Harry (who Seth scammed out of his life savings on bogus stocks) and Seth bumped into each-other (not being aware of who the other was), while Harry had a gun on him, and was getting ready to go all "Columbine" on J.T. Marlin too!

This movie is amazing, one of my favorites. I have a slight gambling issue so I relate heavily to it as Seth wants the easy way, but at the end he says “I tried slinging a crack rock, I never had a jump shot, I have to get a job” it’s so true. Also the soundtrack is amazing

This happens a lot in real life. Always do research on the company. They have to disclose everything public.

It's not often that I'll watch a movie more than once. A movie has to be an absolute classic for me to watch a second or third time. Boiler Room is one of my all time favorites. I've seen it three times.

I’ve never watched this movie in my life, but if I did, it would’ve been one of the movies I watched in my childhood. No joke.

Seth Davis, it wouldn't hurt to go back to school, too.

Great movie about questionable business. Ben Affleck often questioned as a serious actor plays here a very convincing role as recruitment officer.

Don’t like the racist talk with the n word. Don’t hide behind hip hop either. Scott caan and others should never say it.

That's the shell office, basically if the get called out they can move next door and open up in that office. Meanwhile the other one will be empty as they move everything out of there.
