Love your green apple kuchela. A must make for me. I live in N.Y., good green mangoes are very difficult to find in my area. I love the wiri wiri peppers, very flavorful. Thank you for sharing, uncle Chris. 🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️
Fortunately...I live where apple trees are ubiquitous but Starbucks is 125 miles away. I like the oily version so I can drizzle it on fruits and salads. That is a nice looking mortar and pestle.
My Nannie and Agi used to talk about jumbles and moon gazers to keep the children in line… to stay home after dark. My children and grandchildren would laugh at me, if I told them these stories. They would say how gullible we were.😂🤣😂🤣 Those stories worked.
Enjoyed youre recipe! Will try it out soon

You can also curry the granny apples like mango
I see my cousin doing so (No curry though - anchar masala)
Chris! Looks delicious. What should I put this on?
as side spicy condiment to curry dishes
Livimg in an apple region in Germany. Sounds good. But not sure where to put this on
a spicy condiment to curry dishes (eaten on the side)
Do you think putting the apple on the dehydrator will work?
most definetly
What exactly is kuchela? Condiment Origins Indian? Never saw it made with apple. Amazing as usual 😍 Thanks.
