Thank you. The dealer said to grease it every 15 hours. I will grease these critical points every time I use it.

Thank you for the video. Just bought a new one ZD1211, turned in my ZD326. I put on 250 hours a year on my machine with 995.5 hours on the last one. With minimal repairs. Don't hold on to any of the zero turns after 1000 they become problematic. I owned a ZD 24 before that.
It was good seeing a machine that is over three years old and still in good shape. Just a quick tip. When you sharpen your blades, try to keep the corners at the end as square as possible it helps keep the grass cutting smooth. Because after a while when they are round they get grass squeaking between them. I also run three pairs, One on the mower, set sharp and ready to go and one set being sharpened. I use a local welder to sharpen mine as he has the big gun grinders. (lol). This is his tip on saving blades. I change mine weekly in the summer.

What's the max height that the Jack lifts to? I would want to power wash underneath after a mow

If you jack it up and raise the deck it's plenty high enough to pressure wash. Also we own an old Scag turf tiger 60" with the Kawasaki gas engine and it's still running without any problems. I swear by both machines. The Scag has a much rougher ride but edges better/easier than the Kubota. The Kubota covers ground and makes short work of large areas, plus it won't beat you up.

Might be wise to ditch the clip on the other anti scalp wheel and use a lock nut??

    • @dvillebenny1445

absolutely! I have lost them under the mower and have been know to even take it off completely as I mow around black board fence.

If you look around you'll find a bunch of mixed reviews. I own this and a Scag turf tiger from the mid to late '00s too. Both machines are great but the 72" Kubota is much more powerful imo and is awesome for wide open yards. The cut quality is fine so long as you keep the blades sharp and the underside of the deck free of grass/grease build up. There's another larger gentleman on RUclips that has this mower and he removed some of the ACS rigging under the deck and said cut quality was instantly better. I haven't had issues with that yet so my machine is still stock.

My zd1011-48 ACS deck cuts perfectly fine unless you get dull blades itll miss like any other mower. Clipping dispersal is on par with my 7 iron deere. Blade changing is a pain though compared to the Deere. My regular 7 iron on my z997r will cut with a velocity deck and stay cleaner...my acs deck does build up a little more BUT without a stripe kit it stripes better than any deck Ive seen with no stripe kit. The vacuum is better on ACS than any deck Ive seen...i suppose you could put mulching blades on it and double cut if cleaning the deck annoys you lol.

Z Noble I’m thinking about getting one of these next year Might swap out the blades for the regular high lift blades They have more lift than the kubota blades from what I’ve heard

All depends on the type of grass you cut. Some lawns we maintain are at less than an inch. (Cut with wide area cylinder mower)
