Hi there, I mailed I-140 and I-907 with premium processing to Phoenix Lockbox, but they returned my application and said "This office only received a standalone application for premium processing" Should I try to mail it to Tempe Lockbox instead?

Are you applying yourself? Sounds like a good question for your attorney

Hi, is the premium processing a one straight payment for $2,8k or it’s the I-140 ($700) plus premium processing ($2,8k)? Thank you.

Hi! Thanks for your comment. The premium processing fee is separate from the I-140 filing fee.

@@Visafranchise Thanks for the information. Can you please tell me do i need to put the fee altogether on my G1450 or do i need to separate G1450?
      Your response will be appreciated

@@faizaarif82 Hi! When filing Form G-1450, you should use it to pay the entire fee associated with your application or petition to USCIS. However, we recommend asking an immigration lawyer to confirm this information.

So we submitted our application but few days after, they only deducted $700 from our account and haven't removed the $2500 we paid for premium processing....is that something we should be worried about?
