Hi there, I mailed I-140 and I-907 with premium processing to Phoenix Lockbox, but they returned my application and said "This office only received a standalone application for premium processing" Should I try to mail it to Tempe Lockbox instead?

So we submitted our application but few days after, they only deducted $700 from our account and haven't removed the $2500 we paid for premium processing....is that something we should be worried about?

We have a few in the process!!! The attorneys we work with have had many approvals for teachers/professors.
