Amazing edit! I think that Re-Destro deserves No Diff (more ways to survive Shigaraki's first speedblitz than Overhaul, but still falls very quickly) and Wolfram deserves Neg Diff (no Quirk enhancer tech, he's practically fodder)
Wolfram deserves low diff blud, Since Nomu got no diff and got beaten by All might high diff, Wolfram was cooking All Might and All might needed Deku with 100% smashes to beat Wolfram.
When scaling characters, I believe it is common practice to negate technology advantage unless otherwise stipulated, no? Wolfram only posed a threat to a weakened All Might because of the Quirk enhancer made by David Shield. Without that, Wolfram was simply a skilled leader of a thief group. His Quirk would not operate to nearly the same level, though we lack feats of his unempowered state. Thus, I would rank him as Neg Diff, along with other threats that don't even remotely threaten the main cast in the current story.

Nope, that is not what I am saying. In a typical MCU or DC battle like that, you would usually see what "version" of Batman or Spiderman is being scaled. That implies what technology they have available to them. Back to the original video, if it specified "Wolfram w/ Quirk Enhancer," then I would scale him higher. Similarly, if Re-Destro had his Stress Output suit, I would scale him higher. I'm not disagreeing that Wolfram w/ the enhancer scales highee, I'm saying that I believe it should be stated what technology is being used when scaling. But thanks for allowing me to explain it more!

It has been stated multiple times that even his base form is as strong as, if not stronger, than Prime All Might or AFO ever were. All Quirks Shigaraki decimates Prime AFO and it isn't even remotely close.
@@toxicflame9783 Shigaraki is a dumbass though so I will not give him that much credit. All the quirks in the world and he can only spam air cannon and decay. Izuku's 45% OFA is equal to Prime All Might and he held his own against Shiggy even after Gearshift was running out and Danger Sense was taken.
I can easily see Prime AFO taking out Shiggy like he fid Yoichi with his spatial manipulaton quirk.

1. Shigaraki also used radio waves and spikes. He used every physical enhancement quirk in his arsenal. His rapid evolution was also something he took full advantage of.
2. Deku's 45% was equal to Prime All Might during the vigilante arc. The same arc where he had been fighting for over a month without food, water, or rest. The fight with Shigaraki proved that a fully rested Deku at 45% is FAR stronger than Prime All Might.
It doesn't matter how little you think of his intellect. It is literally a one-shot.

Anyway back to Shiggy. Even during the Troy Cage fight. Shigaraki even quotes himself to be as strong as All Might was in his Prime.
Prime AFO as far more quirks he's willing to actually use and bring to the table compared to Shiggy. AFO at his Prime potentially has Decay at some in his life before he handed it off to Tomura.
This match up comes down to who plays it smarter and it's not Tomura.
Prime AFO has Spatial Manipulation, Decay "watered down 5 finger touch ver", Spearbones, Rivet Stab, Impact Recoil. The fucking laser quirk that allegedly wiped an island (I dont wanna highball this I have no info on the place where Nana and AFO fought), Telekinesis (so he could easily just hold Shiggy in place), Overclock? (This one is a maybe because I'm not sure if AFO kept the original and gave Six a perfect Copy, we know AFO says he keeps seeing Vestiges talk shit to him until he gives it away in his dreams but during the Six v Koichi fight we see Knuckledusters vestige talk shit despite Number Six supossedly having the quirk. So its likely AFO decided to keep the original.
Edit: Ignore the Overclock bit. That was a post Prime AFO who had it. But via virtue of hit Prime AFO should have every quirk he stole from the masquerade underground.
Shigaraki is clearly the most powerful and dangerous villain ever existed in that world. His growth is comparable to One For All in his own way.

Shigaraki's breakup is a rough copy of Chisaka's quirk. Since the copy turned out to be rough, the Decay lost its ability to recover. And in general, the quirk has changed from the original.
But Decay > Major Repairs. Decay has a large radius and propagation velocity. While Chisaka's quirk is limited to 10-20 meters.
