Of course it sounds great. Every and any song can be made to sound great with just right arrangement and just if it's done right enough.
I immediately decide that (for me, oh well) this song is a sack of shit and nothing else
Why: It's a post malones song. An artists song that 'makes' music that sounds no music at all. And for people who don't give S or rest about basic qualities in musics in general. Music that's been made like kanye west or this particular funny one is like clothes from H&m which are made in you know where and how.
