Essential Condition 3 which states that parties must be litigating under same title is contradictory to example at 14.24 where grounds under different titles are mentioned to be constructive res judicata. Please explain.
Practical knowledge in filing affidavits, preparing paper books, filling the forms/formats and court staff and their nature of works may also please explain which are more useful. Please upload videos on the above aspects.
