@@BSEnglishLiterature1 First of all , avid readers are as rare as Truth in politics, so Reading culture is declining in Pakistan.
Secondly, Librarians are too rude and don't want to do their work, so readers like me and many others like that can't able to get their demanding books.. That is heart rendering behavior. Every one is not born with the silver spoon in his/her mouth, some cannot avail the books. But our librarian are stone hearted and have no sympathy for students..
