Hello how do I know if an SSD hard drive is the right one for my Acer Aspire E5 571 as not all of these SSD look the same and I know it's this one I should be looking for but I can't find the exact one in the exact memory I need because I found something and it is a crucial SSD hard drive and I want to buy it but I'm not sure it will fit in my laptop do I have to just put the metal around it then screw it into the laptop
you can find your harddrive in your system device manager, then google it, i have an e5 571 with a 2,5" sata III hard drive from wd if you couldn't find an answer to your question...
@@zethcader6478 I think it's just a way to get the user to go to the store they bought the computer from to get work done rather than have a go themselves, like a self serving industry. Currys PC world or whatever probably have a guy that buys stock thinking which laptop is the most pain in the arse to work on, we'll stock them. That way if they need to upgrade or repair they're more likely to come back to us to get it done, just all bullshit design is a self serving industry.
@@manwithapan9481 You may be right, but in this case, this acer laptop specifically is defiantly not at the end of the hard to upgrade. You take out some screws and the keyboard, its a few ribbon cables. If you had somewhere to be it wouldn't take more than an hour and half. Also, consider that sometimes bullshit design can be caused by lazy designers (or a crappy boss) trying to cram parts into spaces things normally don't fit into.
