The text effect shake is great. You’re using it as a long headline use case, but if you replace a span, or just a word that can be emphasized, it would a great effect
you can attach any number after lorem. the number is the number of words you’ll get back. lorem10 will give you 10 words. lorem10000 will give you 10 thousand words
What's the best animated components y'all have used? I am thinking of building my own animated library using tamagui for cross-platform animated components. But I need references of the best animated components library or UI components library y'all have seen before starting out
To be clear: animation can NEVER be accessible. That's by nature. There are visibility disabilities out there where people can't follow or understand animations. Some people might even get light headed because of it. So claiming that animations are accessible is simply not true. Just have a look at the WCAG 2.2 primarily point 2.3.3 and 2.3.4
My interpretation of accessibility of animations on the web is to spend the extra time to cater to screenreaders, and browser preferences, i.e. reduced-motion. Sure, animation in itself might not be accessible, but implementing fallbacks for those people makes your pages more accessible.
@@razboy2032 Accessibility is not only about screen readers. If the code is semantic screen readers won't have a problem with animation, cause they simply cannot "see" them. But you are right, implementing fall backs is mandatory in order to meet the rules of WCAG. It says visitors need to be able to turn off all animations.
These are cool, but honestly they’re less refined versions offered by other libraries such as Aceturnity and MagicUI. MagicUI’s text components, in my opinion, are much more in depth and smooth than these. Nevertheless, great video and thank you for showing these!
shadcn turned the industry around :)

Yeah nah yeah no cap fr fr sheeeiiit

This is why i am on RUclips. keep introducing to us ways to easily do our work. Gracias
Found out about this on twitter earlier, really good to be on there if you're interested in this kind of stuff
I was about to do some animations in my project today. I'm eager to try this out!
This is amazing, thanks for sharing!
Really love these regular videos ❤
Keep it up Josh👍
Absolute gem, thanks for sharing!
Thank you for this josh. You always drop gems
This is so cool, he definitely gets my star and thanks for sharing.
Imma try this right away man thank you god bless you Josh
I can see the shake animation on loop after already fading in to help prompt or remind users
Thanks man!
Even if competition grows up for Aceternity UI but the animated components collection what Aceternity comx with is unbeatable 🔥

Just learned the lorem25 snippet. Thank you Josh !!

@@finzyphinzy yeah I tried with 47 it and worked too. That’s incredible to quickly prototype some UIs. Thanks !
That is amazing.
that's amazing
NOOOO
I literally started using it today 😂
I missed you so much, your content is great ❤
now I wait a year for a svelte version
Wonderful as always ♥
seems op as f*ck, great shoutout

Limited but useful btw
hey josh…you’re my favorite channel
Aceternity Ui great also!!
Aceternity is way better
+1
That's amazinng
I wish these libraries wouldn't only focus on React, but use vanilla JS.
Hey josh , can you do a crash course of animation , i really searched and tried to learn but it still hard to me 😅
I just found it yesterday!
nice one, cheers
I find it staggering that libraries have to emphasise how easy it is to copy-paste. Who’s finding this action difficult?
Dope.
There's NextUI
gold!
I’ll hold off. Tested it on Safari and man the animations are dog shit slow 😭
Also pretty laggy on mobile.
Tested on iPhone 14 Pro: The animations are slow or not even showing because of frame skipping. We still have a long way to go compared to native apps
working fine on a iphone 13 pro
You're really back 🎉
Cool❤
what browser are you using?
Hello, which browser do you use?
How is Framer underrated, lol. It's one of the most known.
Hi josh I'm trying to join your discord server but this invite link is invalid or has expired is showing
Hi

What's the best animated components y'all have used?

Oh god, please change your terminal prompt
i can’t access the website 😢
Use VPN
Ok

Perhaps it respects no motion directives simply, haven’t checked just guessing.

@@foofourtyone Totally agree! I meant to give it as just one example, as accessibility encompasses a lot!

New cheat unlocked!!
Aceternity is trash
never ever put a lib folder from thirdparty to your project.
sir, Please give us full stack Credentials log in and register system with next auth v5
Reminds me of aceternity ui and a little bit of magicUI
😋😋 Ohh man. I have been waiting for this for sooo looongg.
Its not underrated, everyone using this nowadays
Most of these components are based off of Aceternity, what's the point?
Exactly
feels like a clone of acernity ui
bro doesn't know about acernity ui ??
He already made a video about it
😂
Exactly. Lol
This is like 1% of aceternity ui 😐😐. Not cool.
The results look good, but the code is incredibly verbose for what you get out of it imo.
