Your machine will sell the item for whatever price you set. The app/website is more for your own separate tracking. There should be a column under each device with product price

Hey I’m doing good thanks.. when your at the machine, hold down the red button on your telemetry device (it has a cash-bag symbol on it) that will reset the cash box level
I’ve added and saved my items by renaming them but it doesn’t show up after I save it and leave the screen and then return. It doesn’t show up in the app either.
I never had much luck renaming within the app itself, always do that part on a computer. Not sure if that’s what your doing though.. Even on the computer I rename things one at a time, and then save each time. Makes it a little slower but seems to work for me..
Hi Wesley. Great video. Have you ever had an issue or heard about an instance with the product map not automatically updating after vends or the Nayax system not registering cash sales? I've got an Azkoyen Palma Hz87 with a Nayax VPOS touch. The system registers credit card sales not not cash sales. It also registers the sales but doesn't update the product map after I've set MDB codes and all.

What about a claw machine that doesn’t have a “map” nothing left to right but different attempts counts so $5 for 3 tries $10 for 7 tries etc Is this something that could be set up
I’ve actually never operated a claw machine with these card readers. I’m sure there’s a good way to setup what your asking I just don’t know personally.. might be worth a call to NAYAX customer support or ask in a Facebook group that focuses on vending.

One says that I need details of the CEO photo ID and further business details. Considering i feel like these questions have all been answered on the other application surely that’s enough. Did anyone else found the application process long and quite tricky? Did anyone else have to add photo ID?

We basically use the product map to name products and set the par level (how many of each item is in each row) so that we know what items, and exactly how many of each item we’re out of in each machine come stocking day. It’s good to set the prices in NAYAX, but you don’t have to necessarily. You see the price for each item (or row in some cases) at the machine itself. We try not to rotate snacks since you do have to change the name and most likely the price each time you do that.
I just got off the phone with Nayax and the PA code is what it says on your machine for the selection. The code the customer puts in to vend their desired product. (For example 1, 2, 3, 26, 28, 55, a1, a2, b3 etc.)
My question is how do you get the products on there in the first place? I see where you renamed ruffles and can change price etc.. However, I don't know how to get that row added. Do you press "create" at the top?
Hi, though you've probably gotten your question answered by now, in the Product Maps tab, there will be a drop down button that says "Map". Click that button then click "Add BIN" for each selection you have on that machine. Hope this helps.
One way I do it is I set the entire machine to $0.25 prices. Conduct live transactions in order, go into the Nayax suite on a computer, follow the same instructions on the video, and rename your bins. That worked too.

No but you’ll need to have it setup in order to track your specific sales and see which items you are running low on

What is PA code? I can’t figure out what that is but it says it’s a required field
So the PA code is the actual selection number on the machine. For example “B4”
