The one at TPY is really nice. I always sprinkle more shredded laksa leaves to give extra kick to the taste. This stall will no longer ever be a hidden gem after you exposed it in this vlog.

TPY lor 4 laksa, I saw the pot which contains the gravy,.... by the look I would want to eat.
Hardly see this pot being used nowadays. This reminds me of the olden days when I was a kid, many laksa stall uses this kind of pot

現在的辣沙沒有以前好吃了；我住義順，大牌928那家在以前算是普通水準，不能說好吃。
以前在德普路工作幾年，那攤砂煲辣沙吃過一次後就沒有再去。結霜橋那家，沒有早期好吃，尤其是下午去，辣沙湯好像加了很多水。
至於其他雜七雜八攤賣魚丸麵，辣沙，咖哩雞麵，全新加坡吃都是一樣味道。
咖哩雞沒吃過米其林介紹的，不過美芝路黃金大廈對面的小販中心，地下層角頭的雞飯攤，賣的咖哩雞麵是好吃。
雜七雜八麵攤賣麵的，不知道辣沙湯和咖哩雞湯是有差別的。😅
Ann 所说的3种姜是蓝姜，黄姜和普通姜，我的最爱是TPY那一家！Laksa是我爱吃的食物之一，谢谢你们！

我今天去團緣吃肉骨茶。 Nono 和一些台灣藝人都去過那裡。 東森4年前做了節目介紹它們。 之前，我去過Balestier 的發起人。 Jay 是它們的老顧客。 在Rangoon Road 的黃亞細是馬總統當市長時，經常去吃的。 你如果想做肉骨茶節目，可以考慮這些店。 宋發以前沒人聽說過，老一輩不認識它們，覺得是遊客生意的炒作。

everyone will have their own favourite laksa cos everyone taste bud is different. so if you have not visited those that Ann has visited go try and see for yourself if it can beat your own number 1 laksa. happy eating everyone
* edit , so that's on another video..Yishun central Blk 928 laksa... That's one with quite thick gravy with the dried shrimp bits

Sungei road laksa taste has been changed about 2 years ago. Not the same taste anymore, although is still the same people cooking.

Recommend you try peranakan style laksa which is usually richer in soup base and more coconutty .There are 2 stalls in Bukit Timah plaza alone and 1 in Bugis that I tried. I think they are different in their own ways.

Hum are optional, some stalls allow you to replace hum with prawn etc.
Eaten at 4 laksa places you recommended. I prefer TPY... gotta say that this 来宾 is a beauty. Thanks for the great vlog.

I like the Queensway laksa too! Simple and nice. I feel the Alexandra village claypot laksa is overrated, comparatively I prefer Weiyi laksa, but amongst all these 3 in the same area, my fav is Queensway. Maybe you can do a special on Bak Chor mee or fishball noodles next time!

Laksa is best eaten with yellow noodle or thin beehoon. Thick beehoon is my least favourite. The key ingredient is the chilli paste with shredded laksa leaf.

那家queensway shopping centre 的laksa 還有雞排飯都很好吃，吃它的laksa一定要配 otah, 或是雞排飯淋curry sauce真的好吃😋

好像都没有吃过，不过也挺喜欢吃laksa,不过你给我最surprised 大概你吃那个韩国海鲜豆腐锅，就是变我最喜欢之一。下次你可以做一下火锅店的。我最爱美滋锅，海底捞，m hotel和coca

Our Tampines hub kopitiam 有一间hidden jem laksa 叫欣聚圓 social bites 真的真的超好吃 很浓郁 吃了四年味道不变 在我心目中地位排很高 auntie也很细心 一定要试试看:) 也可以试试mee siam也好吃

-Sungei 老早就不好吃了，确实是over-rated.
-Tanglin Halt 似咖喱面多过laksa
-Depot Road another over-rated, 椰奶蛮多，听说以前的头手/老板早换人了
-Alexandra Shopping Ctr 好多好多椰奶很腻，不是laksa的精髓

Singapore laksa has 2 versions. 1 is with prawn like katong loksa. That's the most common. The other type less common is chicken laksa. This usually has steamed chicken, taupok, hum AND 猪皮. I personally prefer the 猪皮 one but it is much harder to find. Usually it'll be part of a chicken rice stall.
Did you try the avocado drink when u were at Alexandra? 从小喝到大，百喝不厌. Very famous and nice.
I guess you mistaken curry to laksa. With chicken one is curry noodle.
@@eatyourbraincoco5761 no la. Curry noodles and chicken laksa are different things ley. If you're Singaporean, you'll know the difference in taste between curry n laksa :)

I like the frank opinion given, always tell the truth. Btw, there are many Katong Laksa stalls along the same stretch of road, everyone calls themselves authentic Katong Laksa, but I prefer the one inside Roxy Square (brother of the Queensway Shopping Centre auntie). Janggut Laksa also started from Katong, so they are one of the Katong Laksa pioneers too. The Queensway stall sells nice Otah n Curry Chicken too.

艾莉这集女人味满满。Sungei Rd 叻沙其实是一个地雷。它一直都是叻沙界里属于实惠充饥点心的级别，不容当正餐的那类。早期的一两毛面食就是它的出生。记得，没有蚶的叻沙不是叻沙。东凌和Queensway 的那家还加了鸡肉丝…简直就是咖喱面。给大家推荐，下次要吃叻沙准备好油条加进汤汁里泡。比豆包还要能给你天堂的感觉。

Seah Randy 我30多年前就住在附近，那时侯的它有小碗的，就如快餐茶点一样，一两口的速食。

Omg the best laksa is at Cosy Corner at coronation plaza. The best popiah is also by them. Tiny store and snaking queues if you don't get there before 11am. Major love.

Sungei Rd 叻沙味道真的很普通，用火炭煮也只是 gimmick，因為火炭在燒鍋，不是直接燒在食物上，其實味道上不可能有任何分別，只是在店裏會閒到一陣炭烤的香味而已。
有機會可以試Hong Lim 二樓的 Laksa. 他不是很正宗的那一種，可是他的湯特別鮮甜，比傳統的更好吃。不過也可能因為我跟你們一樣，不是本地人，所以沒有對叻沙有一種先入為主的味道要求，不會要求正宗不正宗

Tpy Lor 4 market... one of my favourite day time hawker center. Loh Mee next to laksa is nice, Popiah is nice, chicken rice is nice wanton mee is nice, kawychap (dinner only)is nice and of course the CTK. Cheers!
