吉祥Ji Xiang ang ku kueh是我吃过最好吃，皮薄皮滑。Chomp chomp里面有卖炸香蕉的，吃了很多年了，很好吃。

please do all prata episode... There are so many special prata. As a Singaporean, I have yet to try all prata flavor. 1 of the most special prata I like prata plaster/roti plaster. Instead of putting the egg in the prata like egg prata, they put it on the outside of the prata just like sunny side up on a prata.
I haven't tried plaster either! Thanks for the recom! :)

Zheng Xin boss used to sell pretty decent hokkien prawn mee, which personally i find it one of the best in Albert Center. They went into dessert business due to the husband health problem.

Toa Payoh Lucky Pisang Raja 很好吃！雖然有點貴，但是外酥內軟，偶爾吃一次是值得的！
Tian Yi Dessert @hawkers center at 10 North Bridge 绿豆汤好吃，里面放了陈皮，眉豆，莲子，白珍珠，还有其他料，才$2。千万别叫错绿豆红豆掺。

我吃過最好吃的嘟嘟糕是在 beo crescent hawker centre 的， 從小吃到大的美味🤤😍👍🌟
如果担心这家的Chwee Kueh太油，打包时可以要求老板将菜脯分开。吃剩的菜脯，还可以拿来炒菜脯蛋。非常的赞😋Ang Ku Kueh的话可以试试吉祥Ang Ku Kueh。保证不会失望😉

A Village 有一間娘惹糕點店，他們的ayam lempah 很好吃，比 udang 的好吃
哈哈...😅😄非常抱歉我把妳和另一個記錯了，好丟臉啊😚不過妳之前介紹的披薩店和韓國料理、雞飯、local food餐廳我們真的有去吃...真的都蠻不錯的👍希望以後妳有機會可以介紹一些在新加坡的台灣美食，謝謝妳😙

Normally when I eat ondeh ondeh, I would put the whole thing in my mouth, so that it will "explode" inside. Maybe next time you can try.
Have you tried Tiong Bahru Jian Bo Chwee Kueh? It's as good as Bedok Chwee Kueh!
Tiong Bahru Jian Bo chwee kuey not nice. Quite coarse.

应该去 Tiong Bahru Market 逛逛。有一间专卖 Tau Suan 的。本人觉得很好吃。Harrianns 本店也在这里。还有水粿，面煎糕也不错。

还有RK Prata House是我唯一试过的，我以前在大学在那一带做社区服务时吃过，的确想你所说的负担蛮重😂因为它很油腻但是挺爽的

Kueh Salat 上面是用Pandan Leaf, Coconut and Sugar 做成的，下面是用糯米加coconut做的，不是Sago.

Real Ah Balling no more exist in SG , the last real ah balling stall closed at 2011 , due to the owner pass away. His wife and children not continue the business.

綠豆, so, Tau Suan intrigues me, especially with 油條, that is some interesting combination. I like Chwee Kueh. I go to the stall at Tiong Bahru Hawker center every time I am in Singapore. There was one year when it was under renovation and I was bummed out about it.

要尝试红龟粿的话，我建议你试一下 Everton Park 吉祥的红龟粿，皮薄而且软，很好吃。

我觉得最好吃的豆爽是一家在Eunos的砂锅饭店。那家店的砂锅饭用印度长米蛮好吃的。他们的豆爽也非常好吃，颗粒分明，油条会烤热很脆。店名叫乐食轩，英文名是法国字 Le Chasseur，在eunos的工业区里面。
我觉得tiong bahru hawker的Harianns比较好吃，是原本的老板跟老板娘卖的。别家好像是他们的孩子卖。

Try Lucky Plazz 四樓的菲律賓版本，春卷皮炸香蕉Tu lan ，最好是專賣店的，有一層糖霜，絕對甜死人！

介绍你吃Makko Teck NEO 的 Burbur cha-cha, dry mee Siam, Kuek Pie Tee。他们家也卖娘惹糕。中午12点前就要到了才有位。还有Peoples Park Complex 的发笋粿，有足够的味道，所以不必加辣椒和黑甜酱。

You have to try Yatkayan at fortune centre ,mind blowing desserts of cendol , walnut paste and or bi beh...they sell a good tau suan too!

My favourite chwee kueh is at Ghim Moh market. The stall has been there 40 years. Love!
And hor, you're eating the ondeh and lapis wrongly! You're supposed to stuff the whole ondeh into your mouth and then bite it so that it bursts inside your mouth like 撒尿牛丸! Haha
And the lapis you're supposed to peel and eat it layer by layer! 😀

Finally 有马来人的食物, Putu Piring !! 以前在 Marine Crescent 那边巴刹小贩可以买到超好吃的马来人鱿鱼Nasi Lemak。不晓得还有吗？
中巴魯這裡也有一間歷史悠久的娘惹糕點店面 就像bakery 一樣的😉 推薦

tau suan就發音跟外貌，其實台灣應該也有
就是"綠豆蒜"，中南部好像比較多
只是是吃純甜湯或是配台灣常見的料
還有嘟嘟糕的糕體很像狀元糕，有可能是魔改的狀元糕
其實tau suan 前面應該加lake , 綠豆爽！這是潮州甜點，台南/高雄/屏東有些人祖藉潮州，而且是河洛人，不是客家人！
可以尝试Golden Mile Complex泰国超市里的炸香蕉和地瓜。超好吃！

你可以去试试 Poh Cheu Soon Kueh and Ang Ku Kueh @ 127 Bukit Merah Lane 1, 靠近 Ikea @ Alexandra. 他们家的 Ang Ku Kueh 皮薄馅多，还有很多种不同的口味。你可以去尝尝。

潮州粿還是Poh Cheu 附近的專賣店，「老媽阿嬸」比較好吃！
水粿你可以試試看楗柏水粿。這家不會太油，口感更好喔！Ondeh-ondeh你也可以試試看吉祥ang ku kueh的ondeh-ondeh，會爆漿！

Albert Centre 有两家Chwee kueh.
一间菜脯是偏甜的比较大颗，一间是咸的比较细。
平时是没人知道两种的分别的。
我小时是吃偏甜的长大的。
我是螞蟻人 應該也是偏甜的哈哈哈
看来经过八年的岁月熏陶和洗礼, Alison已渐渐进化为道道地地的新加坡人了！🇸🇬🥰

Yes Bedok Chee Kueh is my favourite! Ya sometimes I wished I had told the auntie not to mix the oil so much LOL
Kueh Salat - the blue layer is not sago is actually glutinous rice. I love Harri Anns kuey, I find theirs are more flavourful than Bengawan Solo. They have an outlet in Suntec which is bigger and their cooked food are very good too. For Ondeh Ondeh, you can try another stall at Hong Lim hawker, they sell a version made with sweet potato (very rare).

Tao Suan台灣南部也有喔!! 不過字寫成"綠豆蒜"就是了。而且也不會加油條，星馬很多東西都會加"油炸鬼"，肉骨茶也是。不過台灣會加油條的，除了豆漿米漿，大概就是杏仁茶了
對呀 加油條的吃法我也是第一次在新加坡才吃到！

All the desserts from Zhen Xin are good, simple but yummy! 😋👍 You go there around 11am and their tau suan is usually the first to be sold out.

Kueh Salut 下面的是糯米, 不是sago 啦! 哈哈! 要吃有水准的新式糖水可到 Fortune Centre 的 "一家人"! 她家的 Chendol 是我个人觉得狮城之首! 要吃非常特别, 非吃不可, 料又超多的红豆绿豆掺要到 North Bridge Food Centre! 她家的 Tau Suan 和一般的也很不同,不是那种浆糊型的. 我个人很爱!
