  • Welcome Peppy and Brett to the flock! Peppy is a pied cockatiel and Brett is a cinnamon cream face cockatiel. They are about Archie's age, around 3 years old. Peppy might even be related to Archie.

    Great video and congratulations on you’re two new cockatiels. Sometimes arranging the cage is a challenge for me. Now I’m trying clicker training 😝

    NICE new Tiels, am interested in how Archie reacts to them and to them with YOU - I would think that he might be a tad possessive of you, you two are really bonded! My Pepe looks alot like your Peppy. Having all those birds I'd think it would be like a FULL time job.

      @@staceysflock It has been a long road w my Pepe, but it is FINALLY paying off, he wasn't really fully finger trained when I got him, and I got bitten really hard a couple of times, he was made aware that I was NOT happy with that, he learned what "NO, NO!" means; so w prayer and patience we have had a long adjustment and bonding time - it has been about 7 months, and Pepe now responds well to "Pepe, COME!" [did not use "Step UP!"] so when he now on the floor, I can just put my hand near the floor and call him, w Pepe COME! and he does, he is finally liking getting on my shoulder etc. and we have become BEST Friends! It's been worth it! I LOVE him, he's quite the little fella. I want to get to where I can scratch his head for him but looks like that will take awhile for him to trust me to do that too. I am now teaching him to say, "I LOVE Pepe!" Tried uploading a PIC of him to you but not allowed

    They are absolutely adorable! Did you make the tree they were standing on while decorating their cage? Would love to see a video on how you did that!

    • @staceysflock
      @staceysflock  2 года назад +3

      I did not make the tree, I bought it from someone who used to make them. Unfortunately she doesn’t make them anymore :( I’m thinking of making a PVC tree stand, would you like to see a video about that? Thanks for watching!

    I’m thinking about getting one of the Kings cages. It’s the SLT 2424, and the top opens up. I was wondering if that’s the same one you have.

      Yup that’s the one! It’s a great cage.
