Baltimore County collects few impact fees from developers

Several Baltimore County leaders say they would support stronger impact fee laws, especially since the County has received minimal revenue from the fees.
A County spokesperson said in 2023, $0 in impact fees were collected. While $13,890 was collected in impact fees in 2022, 2021 also saw $0 collected.
