That’s how it starts. With the ooh and the ahhh and then comes the biting and the screaming. Thanks for watching and thanks for the subscription. Hit me up on messenger sometime if you’re ever in the area and you want to go fishing.
You bet. I’m pretty sure you got my number but if not let’s talk on Instagram. We will get out on some body of water somewhere after all this white stuff goes away
Thank you. I bring the drone with me all the time but I'm usually so busy fishing and running around that I forget to use it. I'm going to make an attempt this summer to use it a lot more. Thanks for watching and tight lines my friend. . ps sorry so late on the reply. I do my best to keep up with the comments but sometimes I fall behind

That is a great question. The first time I actually caught one was two years ago. I spent most of my life in BC and the Vancouver area. The first gold eye I caught I thought it was white fish as well.
There isn’t a massive head of fish in the Red Deer river and I used to find lots of night lines so I used to pull them out because unfortunately a lot of immigrants do not respect t the rules ,there is no need to kill everything.
Sorry for the late response. I do my best to keep up with comments. That is a great tip and I will definitely try it out when I go this year in October.. Do you live in the area? Perhaps we could go fishing together someday. Hit me up on Instagram and we can possibly exchange information there. fishgawd11 thanks for watching and tight lines my friend

Goldeye and mooneye are actually the only 2 species in their family/order so they’re really their own unique type of fish.
That saying was from the movie ‘Hot Rod’ what type of bait do you use for Gold eye?
I was just using a red and silver meps and a chartreuse bluefox spinner

Agree. I almost always catch and release. Thanks for watching
Where at in the Drumheller
Cross the bridge. Park at the liquor store. Walk behind the liquor store and down to the river. Walk east about 300 yards on the north bank.
If you wanted the walleyes you should have been fishing on the other side of the river from where you were.
